First of all who paid for that trip when he could of used something called a telephone. I'm so glad to see that the school board has that kind of money to throw away. Then they will want to pass more taxes cause they dont have any more moneys. What a joke.

Why didn't the school board members put a stop to it? They will be a few millions of dollars in the hole this year.
As far as hookers and strippers he is not smart enough to do that. He is book smart but that is about it

Because the school is needed and because we don't want our kids transferred to Kaplan anymore than they already were when the School Board back in the day closed the high school here and called it saving money by transferring kids on a daily basis 14 miles one way. The Feds promised us money for our levee and haven't come across.(Naturally) It's called lobbying people. Look the word up. And before anybody else goes crazy on me, the school in Erath got what they wanted, so why not FIEB?

C'mon tifi, the feds have poured billions of our taxpayer dollars into Louisiana to fix the levees. The problem is that the people of Louisiana continue to elect crooked democratic politicians, i.e. Edwin Edwards, Katrina Mary, John Breaux, Mike Michot, Chucky Melancon etc.etc. Also these outlying schools are going to close. There simply are not enough students to justify keeping some schools open. If you choose to live in timbuktu then your kids are going to have to travel to school or you could home school. Of course with the average I.Q. in vermilion parish I do not suggest you home school. Just shut up keep putting people like Randy Handy in charge and watch the education system continue to go down the tubes and our best and brightest leave Louisiana because people refuse to wake up and take an active role in the politics of their area.

Where the hell you been. There's long I've said in this topix bopard, that I live in a flood zone and HAVE insurance. You don't pay for me to get any help because FEMA didn't help, we didn't qualify for Road Home. To quote Boone - Shut up and go choke on a greasy McDonald's hamburger. And I ain't gonna move to satisfy the l;ikes of folks like you who don't know WTF before you open your mouth

And furthermore, check the stats for the amount of children in each school. There are plenty in FIEB to justify having a school "in the marsh" Piss on your tax dollar. Get your facts before you bitch because I pay for you to live in Vermilion Parish, too.

Well I can remember when the likes of you got mad at a few politicians because the survey showed that money could be saved by by bringing the high school kids to Kaplan and all the petitions and all the signs still didn't keep them at E. Broussard. And now the kids are glad that they came to Kaplan. At least some can play football and have a better school that is not in the marsh to call school

tif, tif, tif,
You poor marsh people get so irate, i quess it is from living out with the bugs and the swamp rats. I know that other people pay property tax, but out tax in the city is more than the swamp rats pay in Forked Island. You did not qualify for road home but I bet you applied. Trying to get the government money, but no soup for you. The tax is Lowe's is only if you shop at Lowe's and I do not shop there. Furthermore if there are enough lil' toothless swamprats out there the school board will not close your school. But wouldn't you rather have your lil' swamp chillens go to school were they can learn things like bathing and brushing their teeth and have luxuries like indoor plumbing, so they don't get a rash on their lil' behinds from poopin in the swamp. NOW GO CATCH YOUR NUTRA FOR DINNER AND STOP WHININ!!!!!!!!
