And to think that I've lived here my entire life, but until you just pointed it out, I never realized it. And I guarantee ya that most others have no idea either, b/c I've NEVER heard anyone pronounce it the way you did, in your clarification. Cool thing to know. Of course it makes sense to those who pay attention. There is a proper way of pronouncing things, and the way 99 percent of the population here pronounces Meridional is wrong. I'll play it back in slow motion.
