Mrs Broussard, I think your Fishing!
I really do believe your not telling the truth.
Because??? Why do I think that?
Because I've been here long enough to simply see what you have posted in your first paragraph, and this last paragraph that you simply know more than I and I do know the man.
I am not fishing... Once i mentioned my question to my brother in law I got all the answers and more from him... He knows them pretty well and has only good things to say about them. I wish I would have never came on here in the first place.

Just imagine if they had Topix back then. We would all be able to google those lies today and many people aren't even alive to defend themselves.

How long has Hollis owned that airstrip? We've all heard the crop duster stories. Even Crusta himself worked with (trained) Barry. Those were the days when a crop dusters landing strip could really pay off. How long has Gooch's landing strip been there? Did Hollis own it when the Noriega bust went down?

I've heard alot of stuff too but nothing about any Gooch jail time.

I know what you mean, I wish I never found Topix, either. No worries, the Abbeville Topix forum isn't like most public forums. Even if you ask an innocent question here these people get all paranoid and accuse you of ill intentions. It's OK if MrsC is nosy but YOU are not allowed to even be curious. Just kidding, welcome to the game.

And just so ya know, Peedoo Broussard is a really nice old man when he's in the same room and Roland Peltier was a really NICE old guy until he told me he'd put a bullet in my head. Just so ya know.

I've always heard of the Gooch name in Abbeville and some how being connected within the drug ring from the 70s, but have never known it to be true or not. Yesterday, I met someone with the last name Gooch and he was indeed a mysterious, but very nice fellow. Just curious if anyone knows anything on the matter...
My advice is to drop the subject an the name on this forum.
