A St. Louis woman has pleaded not guilty to federal charges that she opened and stole packages while working as a supervisor at a southwestern Illinois post office.

Forty-one-year-old Jane Johanna Emily, who's also known as Jane Moeller, entered the plea this week to charges of obstruction of mail, theft of U.S. mail by a postal employee
