We are entering the end of our democracy. It is well known that democracies die when more than half of the population is on the public dole, and start voting themselves benefits without working for them. As Romney said, we are at 47% who don't pay taxes, but do vote themselves all the benefits they can think of. The Hollywood Crowd and Main Stream Media (MSLSD, ABC, NBC, CBS) who helped Obama get elected twice think it's great! Let them be the first give up most of their money for their cause! So, where do we go from here. Usually, post democratic societies fall into socialism, a dictatorship and or fascism. A good example of this is Senate Majority leader Harry Reid. Reid wants to stop any and all opposition. Really?? That's exactly what socialist and dictatorships do! Either way, our world is changing: more taxes, more government control of our economy, less economic freedom, more taxes, and less choice in medical and other areas of our lives. Our economy starts looking more like Europe ( Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Italy). We will no longer have the financial strength to afford things like a strong military, a space program and good medical care and I could go on and on. You can move somewhere else, but most of the world is in the same or worse condition. Regardless of what happens, half of the population who voted for the status quo are going to get what they deserve. Unfortunately, the rest of us may have to suffer because of their ignorance!

Before they were The Book of Mormon guys they were the South Park guys. One of their episodes depicted the prophet (PBUH) dressed in a bear suit. These guys self-fatwa'd and threatened their lives.

Tell you what, when a passbook savings account earns enough to afford to print monthly statements, I'll feel better. How can I teach my grandchildren about money when the system is in retrograde? Newcomers to the process will have no incentive to play along. I think for a while I'll encourage them to deposit their birthday gelt under their mattresses. That way, they'll at least know who got it when their money disappears.

Are you serious? The Vegas women are exactly who we need to genetically prepare for global warming. Well, that and their surgically implanted insulation. If we can figure out how to acclimate them to humidity, perhaps we can harness the genes that have kept them alive at 130° F.

What a horrible day for America! Mr. Obama's ineptness is going to put us all in the poor house. It is a travesty when our President, who has lied to the American people about terrorist activity and lied about the very attack on our embassy which killed 4 of our people in Libya, has not been impeached for his actions, but has instead been given another 4 years to destroy whatever strength we have left. May God forgive us for electing a liar! We deserve just what we are going to get.

God help and bless America with this thing at the head.

The end of all opposition would signal the beginning of compromise...a very basic democratic principle. Of course, you knew that already.

Want to thank pres noBama with the families of those who were killed in Benghazi. Others want to thank him too.

Zawahiri: Benghazi jihad attack signifies American weakness
Yep.

"Al Qaeda Leader Zawahiri: Benghazi Attack Signifies American Weakness," by Tiffany Gabbay for The Blaze, November 7 :

Following quickly on the heels of the U.S. presidential election, al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri proclaimed that the terror attack against the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghaz indicates that American “awe is lost” in the region. In an audio message addressed to the Somali jihadist group, al-Shabaab, Zawahiri said American influence in the region is floundering due to weakness.
“They were defeated in Iraq and they are withdrawing from Afghanistan and their ambassador in Benghazi was killed and the flags of their embassies were lowered in Cairo and Sanaa (Yemen),” a translation the militant’s message reads in the Long War Journal.

“Their awe is lost and their might is gone and they don’t dare to carry out a new campaign like their past ones in Iraq and Afghanistan.”...

Pretty nice going for a muzlim Pres in the White House.

I understand that us taxayers have to pay 1.4 billion a year to support Obama's lavish lifestyle. Was that about twenty times as much as the British taxpayers have to pay to support the royal family? Talk about being out of touch! At least Romney is out of touch with his own money. Does this make the Queen a victim of economic injustice?

"Expect an Obama second term to enact “hate speech” laws that will make enunciating the truth about the jihad threat a criminal offense."

Write as many books as you can prior to his attempt of enacting any such law. Be proactive, people.

Hussein noBama is a good closet muzlim.
Poor America.

Reality check: It's 11/9, not 11/6. The election is over and it is what it is, move on.

As long as there are more builders than destroyers we'll come out ahead. As long as there is a Muslim Kenyan in the White House, there'll be a staunchly Republican congress reigning him in. See? All is in balance...as it should be.

Now, if I have to listen to how bad he is for the next four years I think I'll go hang out on the Naked Massage Dubai thread. At least there I can get a good laugh watching these freaks trying to negotiate a happy ending in an obviously foreign language.

We do so much more with so much less that we've literally shrunk the MIC. Our forces are not only highly trained, highly motivated and well led, they are equipped with tools their enemies haven't even dreamed of with even better gear in the pipeline. Our combat commanders enjoy unprecedented access to the industry so that their field experience drives real-time solutions to the often grave challenges our troops face.
I like that our nation can project it's power all over the world. I wouldn't diminish our qualitative of quantitative edge under any circumstance.

Too bad about the Tigers...I hope she's not so embarrassed about the smack she talked going into the series that she's staying away. I hope it's just that I've become a wholly unfunny guy in your absence.
