Chicago has hit a dismal milestone. A late night shooting has marked the city's 500th homicide for the year.

Say it's not so... It's illegal to carry a handgun in Chicago, concealed or exposed. The city knows that if our government tells us not to do something, we'll honor and obey. That leaves only Chicago law enforcement carrying the weapons. Have they murdered 500 innocent, unarmed citizens? Maybe if the citizens were armed, they could have defended themselves.
