Liberty Mutual is Worst Car Insurance Company

NEVER EVER USE LIBERTY MUTUAL. To say they're crooks would be an understatement. On their good days they'll underpay your claim. Most of the time they'll just stiff you.

Two years ago Liberty Mutual bought Safeco Insurance and took over all Safeco's auto policies.Safeco ran a nice operation. Too bad to hear that they are running that business into the ground

I got in a wreck in our recent snow storm with another motorist who had Liberty Mutual. I got a check and loaner from Liberty already. My car is being repaired but my street is still loaded with snow. That's great service! Thanks Liberty Mutual.

I read the link, and it is a farce. First of all, complainers are far more vocal than complimenters. You are evidence of that. Second, the vast majority of the complaints are inaccurate and baseless. Example: One person complained because he hydroplaned, lost control, spun in traffic and was struck from behind, and Liberty Mutual attributed fault to him. He thought it was the other driver's fault for not avoiding him as he hydroplaned and spun in traffic. Wrong, incorrect, baseless. Most of those who voiced complaints simply did not know what they were talking about.

But please, keep posting about companies who are doing us wrong. Your choices make me chuckle. Why don't you gripe about companies who are actually doing something wrong, like Halliburton charging $45 for a case of pop for our soldiers in Iraq?

I've seen you in action before. You were one of the people who bashed Dr. Weitzner who has NEVER gotten a complaint from his patients. He's the top rated Obgyn in Chicago.
