hey dummy you already got some of the strictest gun laws in the country in Chicago but all the Chicago police enforce are parking laws.

all the laws in the world aren't going to change anything until you go into the hood take the guns drugs out of da hood.

you have laws against most everything already you just have to get the cops out of the donut shops and into the streets to enforce those laws.

tax payers need a law banning new laws taxes, fees tolls etc.
