Better than any diet pill for women is doing strength training with weights.
That burns calories better than anything. But strength training doesn't mean doing 500 reps with 2 pounds.
Absolutely correct on all counts.

I'd bet that this Numia is just a diuretic. 10 lb weight loss in a week, 12 lbs gained back the following week. It's sad to say that the world is full of people so gullible that they fall for this kind of tripe.

It's just crazy to think that people STILL believe there's a pill to take.

Aw, c'mon, that's the American way. There's a magic pill for everything. Mother's Little Helper, anyone?

Lipo and plastic surgery might be a better option for someone such as you. That way they can try and fix your horse face at the same time.

;p (I'm totally kidding Sam)

Yeah, but when you binge and purge long enough, your teeth fall out from malnutrition, so then it's not a worry anymore.

Please no one get their panties in a bunch over me making light of eating disorders, my intent is to ridicule those lazy souls who want to take a magic pill in lieu of doing the work.

If there were a magic pill, Ann Wilson, Delta Burke, and a host of other large *gorgeous* women would be on it, and I think it would be a sadder world.

Plus, being around fat women makes me look skinnier. ;)~

Yeah, eating disorders are serious. Pill-poppers are lazy. Now, if there was a pill that would motivate me to scrub my kitchen floor....

Sam, you don't lose your teeth from malnutrition, they rot away from the stomach acids that you regurgitate. Appetizing, huh? Unless the person doing the purging is conscientious about her teeth, you can usually spot her. She's missing at least a couple & her breath is horrendous.

That's why I'm only friends with girls who are even uglier than I am. I remember a Family Guy where I think Peter hired a fugo to follow Meg around at school so she looked better by comparison.

I actually know a woman like that. She's completely & totally off her rocker, but that's a story for another day.

I'm grossed out enough when I puke once a year from drinking too much. I don't know how I'd do it as a diet regimen.
