Now if we could just get the inept over paid based on arrest and convictions, Chicago police to solve some of the other thousands of unsolved uninvestigated gun homicides on the south side of Chicago things could get better in the hood.

But that means less time in the coffee shops scribbling GNU demands for more pay.

These people should take a 20% pay cut based on lack of performance on arrest and convictions.

But they sure get the parking ticket quotas met.
