I've given Al's Beef two chances to impress me. The last time I went there I couldn't even finish half of it. The taste of cinnamon does not go well with a Beef Sandwich at all. Why does Al's use this in their recipe?

I haven't been there in about ten years but I never noticed a cinnamon flavor.

Go next time. You can really taste in if you order hot giardiniera on it.
They use nutmeg in their seasoning which gives off a mild cinnamon flavor.
