Look the NBC news story above. These cameras leave too much room for corruption plus they under contract by private companies who keep most of the money. The important factor is not how much money they generate but how much the contractors get to keep.

There should be signs posted as you enter the city of chicago.

"You are entering the city of chicago, Empty your Pockets now"!

Because this city will rob you one way or another, won't it?
