The dumbbells at Topix kept removing this info about CERT that I kept putting back up. Maybe now the dunces will leave this post alone.

The United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) has also issued a list of actions users should take that include, using and maintaining an anti-virus software, changing your passwords if you've been infected, keeping all software and operating systems up-to-date and using anti-malware tools to remove infections. Below are a list of anti-malware tools offered as suggestions for use by US-CERT to scan for and remove possible infections.
