So, Mr. McCain, you believe torture to be a crime when it is approved and performed by other governments, but when the US government is responsible for these atrociites, we should just shrug and ignore it?

BTW-only three high-value prisoners were waterboarded and they coughed off key information that led to the arrest of a West Coast terrorist cell that was ready to do a 9/11 in LA.

I have repeatedly offered to undergo waterboarding if a liberal will agree to undergo a procedure which I will let him select from a menu of Muslim interrogation techniques.
