In NH, in the White Mountains, there is a town called Bethlehem (of all names) that is about 30% Hasidic, 30% Lesbian, and 30% other. They all get along together. I had assumed this was a recent phenomenon until I found a book on the town's history and it turns out Jews have been going there for 100 years.
