The issue here is NOT what the baseline decline rate was. The issue is whether vaccines cause a decrease or not.
All that stat does is highlight the control part of a study. Show me the research that says treatment does not result in a decline. Then I will be impressed.
And book summaries are not proper sources of data. Actual research is.
You will have to show proof that the vaccines worked.
Saying that polio was eradicated doesn't prove that vaccines work.
Then you have the stunning admission that aids was brought over from infected monkeys.
