Actually not correct. The Jews were in discussions with the Arab League on modifying the partition. The Arabs attacked during those discussions.
King Abdullah I of Jordan

King Abdullah was the commander of the Arab Legion, the strongest Arab army involved in the war.[44] The Arab Legion had about 10,000 soldiers, trained and commanded by British officers.

In 194647, Abdullah said that he had no intention to "resist or impede the partition of Palestine and creation of a Jewish state."[45] Ideally, Abdullah would have liked to annex all of Palestine, but he was prepared to compromise.[46][47] He supported the partition, intending that the West Bank area of the British Mandate allocated for the Arab state be annexed to Jordan.[quotes 5] Abdullah had secret meetings with the Jewish Agency (at which the future Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir was among the delegates) that reached an agreement of Jewish non-interference with Jordanian annexation of the West Bank (although Abdullah failed in his goal of acquiring an outlet to the Mediterranean Sea through the Negev desert) and of Jordanian agreement not to attack the area of the Jewish state contained in the United Nations partition resolution (in which Jerusalem was given neither to the Arab nor the Jewish state, but was to be an internationally administered area). In one stunning diplomatic coup, the strongest Arab army agreed not to attack the Jewish state.[48]

However, by 1948, the neighbouring Arab states pressured Abdullah into joining them in an "all-Arab military intervention" against the newly created State of Israel, that he used to restore his prestige in the Arab world, which had grown suspicious of his relatively good relationship with Western and Jewish leaders.[45]

Abdullah's role in this war became substantial. He saw himself as the "supreme commander of the Arab forces" and "persuaded the Arab League to appoint him" to this position.[49] Through his leadership, the Arabs fought the 1948 war to meet Abdullah's political goals.[50]

----------

The Arab League as a whole

The Arab League, since its foundation in 1945, was the highest forum for the making of pan-Arab policy on Palestine. However, its members were divided by political differences, between 'Transjordan and Iraq' and 'Egypt and Saudi Arabia'. The Arab League had unanimously rejected the UN partition plan and were bitterly opposed to the establishment of a Jewish state.

The Arab League before partition affirmed the right to the independence of Palestine, while blocking the creation of a Palestinian government.[clarification needed] Towards the end of 1947, the League established a military committee commanded by the retired Iraqi general Isma'il Safwat whose mission was to analyse the chance of victory of the Palestinians against the Jews.[38]

His conclusions were that they had no chance of victory and that an intervention of the Arab regular armies was mandatory.[38] The political committee nevertheless rejected these conclusions and decided to support an armed opposition to the Partition Plan excluding the participation of their regular armed forces.[39]

Absolutely not. Zimmerman's own admissions back a determination of assault. He was definitely the initial aggressor.

Since he didn't testify which admissions are you referring to?
Police statements?

Yes this sounds like a well adjusted "child"

Zimmerman's attorneys also want text messages and photos found on
Trayvon's phone admitted as evidence. The text messages discuss
Trayvon being sore after winning several rounds of a fight,
Zimmerman's attorney, Don West said. Trayvon also discussed buying
a gun and took pictures of a hand holding a gun, West says.

Works statutorily too:

An "assault" is an intentional, unlawful threat by word or act to do violence to the person of another, coupled with an apparent ability to do so, and doing some act which creates a well-founded fear in such other person that such violence is imminent.

1. Video and audio statements in his own recorded words.

2. So, the kid was an athlete.

3. I thought you were in favor of concealed carry. Say what you will, the kid had no weapon. Zimmerman had no knowledge of whether he had previously discussed getting a gun or not. Nor did he know he was a boxer.

Martin "approached him" and asked, "You got a problem?"
Zimmerman said no, and Martin responded, "You do now."
Martin punched Zimmerman in the face, making him fall backward.
Martin got on top of him.

Actually, that is still an open question. Remember, the 911 call where both parents were convinced it was THEIR kid?

If we are the same as Europe kindly explain to me why
1) There are no muslims rioting in our country, but in Europe
2) Why Burkas and other veils are not only legal but socially acceptable in our country and not Europe
Already there is movement in USA to ban Burqa, just wait till it becomes like legalizing those Homo marriages.

One by one states will falling in line. You are part of the same philosophy.

Some times you lead and they follow and sometimes it is the other way round.

They followed your lead in 9/11 and became your poodle, you will do the same for them at some other time.

The agenda is same, it should only harm Muslim nations one way or other.

BMZ:

So, BMZ, has fasting during Ramadhan helped you or the Islamic world in any constructive way aside from shoving you deeper into the cess-pool of fanaticism, hatred and stupidity?

Has fasting opened up higher ranges of knowledge/power in you?

Has it given you proof of creation from nothing?

Has it eradicated your character flaws?

Has it erased poverty among Muslims?

Has it given Muslims deeper insights into the laws of matter/energy and consciousness?

Has it done away with diseases and suffering and wars and death?

Obviously, not!

Fasting and prayers during Ramadhan are a mass superstition and a potent tool of mind control devised by that satanist, Muhammad.

Quit Islam and become a rationalist or a humanist.

Shameless man.

If one believes Zimmerman, all a result of Zimmerman (who was no longer a watch commander) deciding to follow Martin late at night while Martin was lawfully walking thru the complex where he temporarily resided. Zimmerman had already called the police.

This is the reason we dont take you seriously MUQ.

After 4 days of back and forth asking for citations, and your criticism that our conversations descend into triviality, your ultimate response is, rather than admit you were wrong in the first place, to then double down and pose the SAME UN-CITED ASSERTION that started this whole round in the first place.

How can you be so shameless?

It wasnt even late at night.

It was at 7:15 PM

I admit I didnt know that until I read a great op-ed on the issue. Until then, I was on the fence regarding any of this. Now I am in the injustice camp (though I support the court process).

Here is the op-ed. Its interesting.
