In response, Congress proposed the Sixteenth Amendment (ratified by the requisite number of states in 1913),[40] which states:

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Thanks for posting congressional authority over the federal government.
Still asking for the FACTS that the constitution and code are applicable, try doing it without invoking the gun.

Not without any facts that it is applicable to me, as much as you believe in religion.

And if it only requires me to believe, i would say not.

Im asking for the facts and you are telling me about some retarded law from almost 100 years ago.

The members of Congress were elected by the people.

In effect didn't "the people" vote for the 16 Amendment?

Don't the people have a right to vote to tax themselves?

They have chosen this path to fund the government.

What's going on now - Benghazi, the IRS/Tea Party thing - would suggest the Executive Branch is in control. The Citizens United decision and the election of Bush 43 would suggest the Supreme Court is in control.

Perhaps it is more as the framers intended:

"One of the theoretical pillars of the United States Constitution is the idea of "checks and balances" among the powers and responsibilities of the three branches of American government: the executive, the legislative and the judiciary."

Not sure what you mean.

Now I see your confusion:

1. Our form of gov't is what it is. You live here, hence you are subject to the laws and the form of gov't that we have. You don't have to agree. You don't even have to understand it.(Though you are more than welcome to educate yourself accordingly. In fact we encourage it.)

2. Once the tax laws are passed and establish that the tax is due to the gov't, it is owed and no longer your property, hence the taking of it is not theft. It is claiming that which is due. Not unlike a debt. I assume you like to pay your debts outstanding on a timely basis.

An other questions? Feel free.

.And those facts that you rely on that acts of congress are applicable to me?

And if a church congregation in your neighborhood gets together and decides that you owe a tax because you live in their district it is justified even if they take your property by force, according to your logic.

In 2009 Constantijn wrote a RAND technical paper, stating that the
EU and a few elite nations should take the lead role in deciding a
global governance structure for internet regulation and developing
technologies. In the paper titled Trends in connectivity
technologies and their socioeconomic impacts , the prince
envisions a global coordination role for the EU:
“(…) both policy issues and effective responses must be defined at
a global level; to influence the solution a global coordination and
‘enlightened leadership’ is required.” and “policy issues, not
always solutions, will be defined at a global level. Those few
countries or regional blocks like the EU where these technologies
are already at an advanced stage may take a more or less
enlightened lead role.”

We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York
Times, Time Magazine and their great publications
whose directors have attended our meetings and
respected their promises of discretion for almost forty
years. It would have been impossible for us to develop
our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of
publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated
and prepared to march towards a world government. The
supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is
surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past
centuries.

change is through global governance and global

More than ever, we need a new international order that
draws on the experience and results achieved in these
