Now I see your confusion:<quoted text>
Do people have a right to forcefully take others property?
Can armed robbery be voted on?
I didnt vote them in.
Still no facts? or are you claiming that those are facts?
1. Our form of gov't is what it is. You live here, hence you are subject to the laws and the form of gov't that we have. You don't have to agree. You don't even have to understand it.(Though you are more than welcome to educate yourself accordingly. In fact we encourage it.)
2. Once the tax laws are passed and establish that the tax is due to the gov't, it is owed and no longer your property, hence the taking of it is not theft. It is claiming that which is due. Not unlike a debt. I assume you like to pay your debts outstanding on a timely basis.
