The ct constitution does not only contain taxing powers, the applicability of the constitution is what is in question.

It seems that former res believes aka has faith in something that he has not seen evidence of and does not know how it applies to him personally.

"Besides Alex Jones is very credible, that would be your opinion and the lefties at salon."
Who other than you and fellow conspiracy buffs thinks the guy is credible?
See previous post, almost every jones news report links to a "main stream" news report.

Please provide evidence of false news reporting and I will concede that his credibility is in question.

I dont understand. Are you saying that not all Salon lefties disbelieve him? or vice versa?
The point is most people, regardless of personal political affiliation, think the guy is a loon.
Is that your arbitrary opinion or is that based on facts?

Whatever. As usual it is impossible to converse with someone who believes white is black, and black is white.

Google Alex Jones.

HUGH:

You keep telling me to get a chick to sit on my face.

I did so, today morning.

I made the youngest maid sit on my face (you know I like 'em young...as young as 16 or 17).

Yes, Mon, the youngest maid sat on my face, today.

As I was about to use my tongue, she pissed on my face.

I gagged and spanked her bum and turned her around so that I could get rear entry with my finger and guess what she farted on my face and then it became too much for me to bear and I tossed her on to the floor.

I remain a virgin.

STEFANO TYPED THIS LINE ON THE ALLAH THREAD:

STEFANO - "It depends on how "I" is used in the context."

JOEL'S REPLY - In the ordinary sense, yes.

In the higher sense, no.

The yogic experiences that exceed the higher vital plane are devoid of the I and if there is any feeling/perception of the I it is the ego masquerading as the psychic or its higher aspect the self.

In the cosmic mind, higher mind, illumined mind, overmind, supermind planes and in the ranges of consciousness that go beyond the supermind there is no perception of I.

Besides, when the I of the vital is accompanied by savagery as seen in the case of the archetypal being of the Tanakh then be sure that this archetypal being calling itself I AM is an asura.

You believe something is real and applicable to you without any evidence? without even reading it? How are you any different than religious zealots?
Tell me in my day to day life how I follow or believe in the CT state constitution?

I follow the driving laws so that I don't get ticketed.

I pay my taxes to keep the man off my back.

What else am I missing?

Let me ask you, why do you need a news source to know about a lawyer who testified in a trial about what he saw?
You should be able to find a mainstream source for the story.

Otherwise the whole thing is suspect IMO.

Quite the opposite.

Faith plays no part.

I'm much more of pragmatist than in idealist.

You don't pay your taxes or follow the traffic laws and
you can get arrested and/or fined.

I prefer to not have such legal/civil entanglements.

Besides, everyone else is following the same rules so it's not like I'm being singled out.

and we are all tracked by our cell phones these days

and have you noticed that after surfing/shopping the internet, we are now followed around by little square advertisements from those products embedded in whatever website we are now visiting? Even periodically erasing cookies doesnt blast all of these out.

The point being that there is a greater societal structure out there, whether we like it or not, approve of it or not, and that buy-in is involuntary not volunteerist.

Very true.

Those little tracking advertisements are a little disconcerting.

Somebody's definitely watching us.

This is interesting: "buy-in is involuntary not volunteerist"

..and bound to draw someone's attention.

You haven't explained how I "believe in" the CT state constitution.

Believe that it exists? I couldn't even say that I do that.

Only you have ever even mentioned it to me.

You seem concerned with many very important issues!

I asked if you believe that it applies to you and you said that you believed that it did, absent any facts that it does.
So you are no better than a religious nut.

You are following everyones else obedience to laws withouy evidence that they actually apply to you the same way people go to church every sunday and follow the "scripture" , yet without any facts that it is actually applicable to them. They also believe that they will die and go to heaven.

Yes, to your question. Why not?
Here you admitted that you thought that the ct constitution applied to you.
