Mayor Emanuel, Quinn upset over concealed carry ruling

Story by 89 WLS reporter Dave Stewart -- The federal appeals court decision requiring Illinois to come up with a concealed carry law is already prompting debate among lawmakers who will have to write that law, as evidenced by two lawmakers appearing on 89 WLS.

Doesn't anyone remember Rahm's famous quote, "never let a crisis go to waste". This man can't even run Chicago and he's screaming about conceal carry. Why isnt he then mad at bars/taverns for drunk driving? Or pharmacies for prescribing legal narcotics that people abuse? Rahm is a worthless chunk of fecal matter and reflects the mindset of Chicago!
