Great article. I had a similar problem when my parents were alive until I discovered that most brand name prescription drugs offer coupons.

In fact, I started a website known as http://www.internetdrugcoupons.com/ to help people in this situation. It is a database or more than 350 drug coupons in 55 categories. I worked real hard on it and it has been mantioned on TV, AARP and in the LA Times.

Please visit it and maybe you casn mention it in one of your future articles.

I am currently going through an issue with my insurance company. I have been on ortho-tri-cyclen lo for almost three years now, I was told months after getting the prescription refilled at my local pharmacy back in 2007, that I had to switch to receive the pills only through home delivery pharmacy service. So, I have been doing that for 2 years now, and with my recent order I was sent the generic drug of ortho-tri-cyclen lo, which is called Tri-Lo-Sprintec. I was really upset and furious by this because they just automatically sent me the generic brand for one without informing me or asking me if I wanted the generic brand.
I have been going back and forth with the pharmacy service and my doctor's office to where I am exhausted. The bottom line is that one, my insurance company no longer is allowing me the chance to get the ortho-tri-cyclen lo through a local pharmacy, which is what I was going to do, because the pharmacy service told me that they can not send me the brand that I want ( ortho-tri- cyclen lo) since I have the generic brand. Secondly, I was then told that I can only receive the ortho-tri-cyclen lo through home delivery service, and because my doctor did not specify on the prescription " DO NOT SUBSTITUTE" that is why I was sent the generic brand.
Further more, I was then told that my doctor will have to fax to them a prescription with ortho-tri-cyclen lo and it has to state for me to receive that brand only " DO NOT SUBSTITUTE". I just want to inform others, that if their is a particular medication that you have been on and you recive that prescription through mail service, and wish to receive that brand and that brand only. Have your dotor state on your prescription "DO NOT SUBSTITUTE". If they do not then, when a generic drug becomes available for your medication, you will receive the generic verison of the drug without being informed of the switch.
I think it is unfair for insurance companies to have the right to for one switch you're medication to another brand or two make it tougher for you to receive the brand name versus the generic brand. We should have the option to be informed of the generic drugs and then asked if we would like to recive that option, regardless of whether or not it states " DO NOT SUBSTITUTE" whatever our doctors prescribe for us, is what we should receive. i am very upset by this because now i have to sit and wait for my prescription to be mailed out to me again. I will write a complaint letter to my insurance company.

Naturally, I am skeptical of everything online. http://inhousegeneric.com is legitimate. I placed my first order for the smallest amount possible. It arrived sooner than expected. I didn't pay the extra money for speedy air mail. I placed another order that was much larger and it came right on time. I will definitely use this company again for even larger orders now that I trust them. They also give you discounts every time you place an order which is cool. One thing to keep in mind is if you place a larger order, they will send half in one shipment, and then the other half after that to avoid customs scrutinizing your package. I am very happy, I no longer need to pay tons of money to see a doctor and therapist (and have them tell me a bunch of stuff I already know) in order to get my medication.

have been researching for months and reading reviews for each pharmacy and finally decided to take the plunge and order from one. After coming to the conclusion http://goo.gl/bLFWQG seemed the most safest and had the best feedback I ordered my pills. Was very apprehensive at first due to cc fraud, ell and they are good i would definetely recommend and purchase againspam and being generally ripped off (have not received one spam email and no cc fraud) order process and checkout was simple.
placed my order on my debit card and was charged straight away and received confirmation email immediately. choose the speedy del trackable and was advised del would be 7-9 days and order was placed on the 08/01. was just about to email them today to chase up as now 15 days but behold package had been posted through my door. packaging seems as shown on webiste. apart from small delay on advertised shipping time i have been generally please with the pharmacy.
wont be taking the pills for another few weeks yet but all going well and they are good i would definetely recommend and purchase again from them.
