After the rainiest April in Chicago's recorded history kept people inside most of the month, thousands flooded the city's parks, beaches and streets Saturday at the first convincing glimpse of a spring weekend.

When i was a kid, the sure sign's were the eventual melting of all the nuculear snowpiles, all covered in exhaust soot....and the yellow dandelions all over......
