<quoted text>Looks like maybe he ran off to make yet another secret thread (on a public forum) so he can "post in peace". How many of those have we seen? I can think of at least five and on nearly every one he was posting with that woman he barely knows. LOL
Of course after a few cursory greetings all they did was whine about other people, but it was good for some laughs.
Before we were so rudely interrupted...I was asking Sublime about that proxy fail he had out in Lenoir, NC. I got the impression he didn't want to discuss that OR the nefarious things he claims could be done with IP addresses. I'd like to know. I understand he's some kinda landscape attorney and might know about these things.

Imagine what he must think about the information Topix collects on posters. Everything he's ever written, the time, date, location, device it was written on (MAC address, IP/proxy)......even the deleted stuff is all archived.

From the NSA? Like this perhaps?

And yet you'd vote for someone who said "We must pass it in order to know what's in it," even though they were exempt from it?
You re-elect a man who told small business owners, who spent years of blood, sweat and tears into their business, that "You didn't build that?"
But you're gonna say a woman who said tornadoes are caused by gay is some right-wing nut-ball and you couldn't possibly vote for that person?? Without knowing anything else about what she may represent?
Just more hypocrisy we have come to expect from the left.
Thankfully liberals are a dying breed
Last two general elections sure showed, liberals are a dying breed, right?....More likely that Fox viewers with a demographic of 50 and above, are much closer to eternity....Thank God.....

Watched a very moving and emotional Medal of Honor ceremony, Tuesday afternoon...televised from the White House...24 brave veterans that had served with distinction from 1941-2001....Congress had requested review of act's of bravery and honor, that might have been overlooked due to race or religion...Only 3 were alive and present to recieve their tribute....The sons and daughters of those that had passed, were their...tears streaming down their cheeks, so proud to have their father's bravery acknowledged....Was watching on MSNBC, but thought...i wonder who else is televising this patriotic ceremony and found that CNN was also televising it live.....but, Fox had Neil Cavuto on and bitching about the healthcare plan....Wondered, why would Fox ignore such a ceremony?...Was it because the black President was there?...Was it because it was rewarding some minorities, mostly Hispanic for their military merit?....It's kinda bewildering....does Fox reflect other differences we really have, here in America?....i wonder what others think about this?......

Well I wouldn't be so sure
"Who covereth the heavens with clouds, who prepareth rains from the earth, who maketh grass grow upon the mountains."
"He causeth the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He maketh lightnings for the rain; He bringeth the wind out of His treasuries."
And probably the most appropriate:
"Fire and hail; snow and vapors; stormy wind fulfilling His word."
Anyway, enough bible study. What are her other issues? What are the issues of her opponent? Does she want to cut taxes and bring jobs back to Illinois? Does her opponent want to raise taxes and impose strict sanctions on business? I don't know this woman and since she's not in my district, don't really care. But I suggest you look at the other issues. I know you're smart enough than to be a one-issue voter. I suggest you do some research, on both candidates, and decide who's best to represent YOU, and your community. YOU might be happy with your government job and family cramped into a small apartment, but are your neighbors? Wouldn't you want a house, better opportunity? Higher paying job? Or are you happy being "stuck?"
More jobs bring more opportunities for people just like you. You haven't had these opportunities in 14 years. You willing to change that?
And you're as beautiful as church bells in the sunrise... with a cooing dove atop the steeple
;)
That's the problem, I can't (and won't) look at her stand on other issues because I can't get past the fact that she believes this. I do not want to be represented in the US Congress by a woman who will turn to the bible instead of science as a basis for her decisions on things like our environmental policies.

And I am perfectly happy with my life, my job, my abode. I have everything I need and do not need more, more, MORE! And I resent you calling me "stuck". That would seem to pertain more to you than me. I have plenty of opportunities for advancement in my organization; I *choose* not to pursue them at this time because I want to spend my energy on my children, not my job.

And flattery will not help.

And there's the problem. You stand on one issue and refuse to even look at anything else. And who's to say she's wrong? You scoff at her suggestion, but I scoff at blaming global warming. And many people use the bible as a tool to guide their conscious, so your statement doesn't make much sense

Edog is a cartoon character whose role is to be the annoying little brother in the group. The idea is you are supposed to love to hate him as he pokes and chides you, like a RL 10 year old.

However, the m-effer is likely serious about his political carp because teapublicans DO think that way. Just because a white woman who looks like a man who looks like a Silverback gorilla has an insane take on gay people, doesn't mean she can't have normal thoughts about other issues.

He's just looking at the bright side. If she was a democrat, he still like her....

When I think a politian ne is nutso and completely off on an issue to the point I question their logical thinking, pretty much that's all that I need to see to know I wouldn't trust them with much else.
