President Obama, our civil rights are even shrinking....Cops are now free to murder citizens who pull their arm away from their grasp, even when the cops tell you he is going to beat the crap outta you.

You'd do well to pay attention to current events, especially on the economy.....

So would you:

The only reason that the official unemployment rate has been declining over the past couple of years is that the federal government has been pretending that millions upon millions of unemployed Americans no longer want a job and have "left the labor force". As Zero Hedge recently demonstrated, if the labor force participation rate returned to the long-term average of 65.8 percent, the official unemployment rate in the United States would actually be 11.5 percent instead of 7 percent.

The percentage of Americans that are actually working is much lower than it used to be. In November 2000, 64.3 percent of all working age Americans had a job. When Barack Obama first entered the White House, 60.6 percent of all working age Americans had a job. Today, only 58.6 percent of all working age Americans have a job.

The employment-population ratio has now been under 59 percent for 51 months in a row.

There are 1,148,000 fewer Americans working today than there was in November 2006. Meanwhile, our population has grown by more than 16 million people during that time frame.

The "inactivity rate" for men in their prime working years (25 to 54) has just hit a brand new all-time record high.

The number of working age Americans without a job has increased by a total of 27 million since the year 2000.

In November 2007, there were 121.9 million full-time workers in the United States. Today, there are only 116.9 million full-time workers in the United States.

Middle-wage jobs accounted for 60 percent of the jobs lost during the last recession, but they have accounted for only 22 percent of the jobs created since then.

Only about 47 percent of all adults in America have a full-time job at this point.

According to the Social Security Administration, 40 percent of all U.S. workers make less than $20,000 a year.

According to the New York Times, long-term unemployment in America is up by 213 percent since 2007.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, median household income in the United States has fallen for five years in a row.

The rate of homeownership in the United States has fallen for eight years in a row.

When Barack Obama first entered the White House, there were about 32 million Americans on food stamps. Today, there are more than 47 million Americans on food stamps.

Right now, approximately one out of every five households in the United States is on food stamps.

When Barack Obama was first elected, the U.S. debt to GDP ratio was under 70 percent. Today, it is up to 101 percent.

The U.S. national debt is on pace to more than double during the eight years of the Obama administration. In other words, under Barack Obama, the U.S. government will accumulate more debt than it did under all of the other presidents in U.S. history combined.

You do have to wonder how people can call themselves 'fiscal conservatives' and not blink at TWO WARS on credit.

Yet, when the subject of feeding children and seniors comes up it's, "HOW ARE WE GONNA PAY FOR THIS????"

And then their answer is to cut taxes for the nation's wealthiest.

JOB OPENINGS REACH A FIVE-YEAR HIGH.....AP(12-11-13).......Wa shington.....U.S. employers advertised the most full-time job openings in more than five years in October, and the number of people quitting also reached a five year high....The Labor Department said Tuesday that job opening rose 1 percent to a seasonally adjusted 3.93 million. That is THE HIGHEST FIGURE SINCE MAY, 2008, THREE MONTHS AFTER THE RECESSION BEGAN......And the numbers of workers who quit rose 2.5 percent to 2.39 million, the most since October 2008. More workers quitting can signal a healthy job market, because most of those people likely have a new job or are confident they can find one.....More hiring, job openings and resignations point to a more dynamic job market. That trend creates more opportunities for people out of work or looking for a new job.....Another positive sign in the report: Layoffs plunged 16 percent to 1.47 million, the lowest level on records dating back to 2001.....

Let me know when the nation's economy is recovering.

Highest unemployment rate under Bush -in his last year in office when democrats controlled congress- 7%

LOWEST unemployment rate under Obama... 7%-Well, actually 11.5% but nevermind that...

I wish. Some of these lunkheads were calling for his impeachment in November of 2008- before he had actually taken the oath of office. Five-some years later, they still don't know what impeachment means. Obviously, this is more than party politics to get one's own party in there. This is pure, anti-American hatred, They want America to fail so that the failure is blamed on him. The GOP and the tea parties are why Al Queda doesn't need to bother with us here any more. Our own people will sabotage the economy and make it possible to poison the water supply and blow up fertilizer plants.

No, those are all yours to embarrass yourselves with. The 'scandals' are all in your heads. Push them all you want. It's one of the myriad reasons why moderate democrats will be less likely to vote for a GOP candidate in '16 even if Clinton doesn't run.

What difference, at this point, does it make?!

You're wasting your keystrokes. Obama could come up with a cure for cancer and 50 other diseases, bring all jobs back from the past and the cretins here and the rest of the haters in this country will never stop getting themselves off with their hate while brainwashed by faux news. It is so obvious what the underlying reason is.... no matter how much they doth deny.
