Christie is not going to get the GOP nomination regardless of Bridgeghazi. Because of Hurricane Sandy, he's viewed as too soft on Obama by the tea party types that are totally fracturing the GOP. He palled around with THE PRESIDENT!!! They want a crazy nut job who is not afraid to go to war with anybody, for any reason and who will concentrate on the 'real' issues that plague teapublican America- gay marriage and welfare. They most likely will run Ted Cruz. It's too early to tell but, rest assured, no more (seemingly) moderate types like Romney for these people. For eff's sake- they are turning on McConnell and Lindsay Graham!<quoted text>
Ah hah! You have anointed Hillary I see. Christie has shot himself in the foot a bit much for you DuPage county denizen (For non IL peeps,Naperville is in DuPage County which is a hotbed of Republicanism in Illinois. It has not proved a antidote to Cook County yet.)
We don't alternate parties every 4 to 8 years anymore. The GOP would have to run a candidate acceptable to both parties for that to happen and Christie HAS seemed like that in the past as some democrats have viewed him as the least offensive GOP candidate. But, Bridgeghazi is exposing him as the bully he truly is. Him adoring Bruce Springsteen is not fooling folks as it used to. I promise you, it's NOT fooling The Boss.
