Ha! Montana makes me immediately think of horses and ranches.

What's in Oregon? Never been there.

Envisioning my Montana life. Sweeping ranch. Big log cabin style house. Giant fireplace. I dress like I'm straight out of an Eddie Bauer fall catalog all the time. Stocked freezer full of local meat so I don't have to leave very often. Small herd of French bulldogs keep me warm. So much hockey watching.

Utah as of 2008 (so things probably changed, but not THAT much):

According to a report produced by the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life the self-identified religious affiliations of Utahns over the age of 18 as of 2008 are:
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 58%(labeled as Mormon on survey)
Unaffiliated 16%
Catholic 10%
Evangelicals 7%
Mainline Protestants 6%
Black Protestant Churches 1%
No Answer 1%
Other Faiths 1%
Buddhism <.5%
Eastern Orthodox <.5%
Hinduism <.5%
Islam <.5%
Jehovah's Witnesses <.5%
Judaism <.5%
Non denominational <.5%
Other World Religions <.5%

Margin of error +/- 6%

I lived there for a year (my first year in college). I did NOT fit in there. It is definitely different!

I kind of dug downtown Nashville when we were there this summer. Enough of a city vibe, but not too big. Lots to eat, see, listen to, walking distance from our hotel. Wasn't obnoxiously hot. My SIL's school is in a shyte neighborhood, though.
