Eh, my mom couldn't even tell our baby pictures apart and there was only 2 of us, 5 years apart. I thought it was so easy. My sister had that super-fine sticky-uppy baby hair and I didn't. Plus, she had pacifiers and I didn't.

<quoted text>Let me preface by saying, I've never parked in handicapped spot. I have no intention to ever do so. In fact, my MIL, who has 2 handicapped placards, tried to get me to use one of them so I could park next to her at the hospital instead of driving to the far end of the lot when we were visiting her newborn grandchild. I declined and drove to the far end of the lot.

That being said, I am 100% on team Mimi. I don't care if I'm doing something wrong or if you've incorrectly assumed I'm doing something wrong. If I don't know you, am not doing something that directly affects you, and you have no authority over me...FU. I don't owe you shit. Take your chances and call a cop.

The nerve that Chel has to question someone with a placard that just does not "look" handicapped to her is utterly astounding.
Yeah, nope. Not my job to figure out what is or isn't wrong with people. My mom had a permanent placard after bring diagnosed with cancer, and if somebody would have said something to her, mild-mannered me would have freaked the everloving feck out on them. When she was feeling better, she wouldn't use it. If my dad was driving, he'd drop her off at the door and go park in no man's land like he always does.

Matilda, I sent that drinking game bit to friends who I know watch those TV shows, one said it was so funny, she read it to her husband while he was driving and they both were cracking up.

I have a second one that the husband keeps in his car. I rarely drive his car, but just in case. He OTOH refuses to even think about using it and argues with me when I'm WITH him about using it. He is just way too paranoid.

There are a lot of people who do things they shouldn't be doing, but most of us don't do really egregious things. I figure someone is doing something shady Karma, or the police, will eventually catch up with them.

If it's something really bad (e.g. someone being attacked, someone throwing a brick through the window of a business, beating their kid, kid or pet left in a car, etc.) then by all means, call the police. Right now. But a handicapped placard? Really?

If you are really that up in arms that I don't look to you as if I should have it, go ahead, call a cop. In the mean time I will go on about my business. I will not wait for the cop as you have no right to detain me (the general you) and if they don't show up by the time I leave, oh well... If you're that worried about it, take my license plate # and give it to them. I'll have coffee with them while we laugh at you.

There have been times that someone without a placard or plates is parked in "my spot" but I don't get all pissy about it. I think that 1) they are a doosh or 2) they forgot. I've forgotten. I had to go tell the judge that I forgot...twice...in one month's time. In my defense I was distracted a lot that month and pretty brain dead. The second time he told me that if I came in again for forgetting within 6 month he was going to fine me for being stupid. He didn't say "stupid" but I can't remember his exact words, but that's what he meant. I agreed with him.(._.)

I never go off on anyone for being so dooshy to me though...not exactly. I think I've only ever said GFY once, but tat person was a major glass-bowl. Mostly I've shrugged and actually said "call a cop." I've seen people park without a plate and not hang up a placard a few times (mine hangs all the time...see in court twice in one month above) and no one is allowed to move it if they drive my car) and I've said "you forgot your placard." Every single one of them was like "ohshit thanks!" They had forgotten to hang it. <shrug>

If someone DOES use them illegally here at least the fine is around $500.00.

First it was a decade, then it was six years, then it was three months. Which is it? I called bullsht when you first posted about it and it turns out I was right. Don't think I'm the only one who notices your inconsistency.

DOn't you feel so normal and well adjusted after reading those letters?

I also find it very difficult to believe that a guy would have sex with another man on a whim.

Let's see if you can wrap your brain around this concept.
The immigrant is a family relative whom she has known for years, and he moved to this country in 2007.
It may help to remember that she knows people in other countries who are muslim.

Getting any clearer dumbass???

I did think that perhaps he felt like it was less like cheating since it was a guy. Now that he's done the deed, he's wondering about his sexuality AND he realizes it's still cheating.

He would have done better with a hooker. The guy has to be more encouraging to his wife to work on the sex thing.
