But I really, really REALLY 'want' to see it.
We loved, Midnight In Paris...another Woody Allen movie with Owen Wilson....also, he did one about Rome, with Alec Baldwin and Roberto Benigni......I hate, that because of their years, him and Clint Eastwood are approaching their ends.....so talented....

The newest Woody Allen movie is getting great buzz, especially among my movie-loving podcast guys. They said Cate Blanchett and Andrew Dice Clay were amazing.

Happy Friday! Tonight is date night. Friend at work gave me a spare key to his car, told me there's a little sumpin sumpin for me in there for me.(He brought me a gift of smokey treats! how cool is that?)

Tomorrow morning, I'll get groceries on my way home from Nick's -- he's going to the cabin until Sunday night with the kids -- and I"ll have the weekend to do whatever I want!(cleaning, mostly -- the place has become a real dump in the last two weeks)

This is one of the grossest visuals I have ever read. Like something out of Heavy Metal or Fritz the Cat.

If the guy is not making the cheese in your taco melt, its time to move along.

Okay, guys...I'm about to call this guy and let him know there is no spark.
I mean, 2 months and nothing...it should happen in 2 months, eh?
I can't even kiss him (he does have the stinky breath issue). Should I mention it? I wonder if that weren't a barrier, would the sparks appear...?

I think it's ridiculous that they may FIRE the teacher over this. All those dipstick parents have never made a mistake or lapse in judgment in their jobs? Idiots.
I think the teacher at the minimum needs to be reassigned different classes. Her credibility is nil now and it should be that way. I think the teacher should have some kind of discipline in place for those situations and not baby the kids, but I don't think she should treat them like a dog. Humiliating a 14 year old -- believe me they are extremely sensitive at that age -- is not very bright way to handle the situation.

There's plenty of people looking for teaching jobs. I used "she" but I have to admit I did not focus whether it was a male or female teacher.

I pretty much liked all Woody Allen movies, anything quirky is good for me. Saw him at Mr. Kelly's doing standup before all the movie stuff. I was 10.:)

They aren't identical, so the parents could have chosen to abort one. However, many people have a moral compass, whether religion-based or otherwise, that says abortion is murder. Not everyone feels the same, but for those who do, aborting one of them is simply not an option.

Enjoy the treats!

Tonight is our unexpected date night and we finally decided to bag a movie all together and go out for dinner at one of our favorite places. They have this really excellent pasta dish (gorgonzola stuffed tortolini with a gorgonzola crema sauce, walnuts, red & green grapes - OMG! I'm drooling already) and we both ALWAYS get it because we love it so much and don't want to share, but we were there sorta recently for our anniversary dinner so we're going to go back and get one of the gorgonzola pasta and one of something else we've always wanted to try (but ended up getting the gorgonzola instead - really, we do it every time) to share. They have a nice patio and the weather is supposed to be good today, so it should be a nice time.

Tomorrow we get up bright and early to go to my company picnic. The girls love it or I would not be going. Then we have to rush home and go to a birthday party for our neighbor - she's turning 2 and so adorable. That reminds me, gotta go get her gift at lunch...

Sunday I hope to do nothing more taxing than go to the beach, but I fear I shall have to do some laundry anyway.

We are going to spend 2 days and 1 night at one of the amusement parks. Have to get our money's worth out of the annual passes and we figured the weekend after Labor Day shouldn't be too crazy. But we have Express passes anyway, so it won't matter that much if it IS crowded!

Except she does have the support of the students. I say let her stay. I"m fine with "humiliating" a kid who's acting like a dumbass. Don't want to be embarrassed (that's what it really is, not humiliation)? Follow the rules.

I saw Frank Gorshen at Well of teh Sea after my junior prom. The only people laughing were me and a couple of ld drunk couples. He was so not expecting a teeny bopper crowd in 1966

Okay. I understand where you are coming from but I disagree. I see it as a form of bullying.
