I just record the new episodes of both shows (love them both), and just catch reruns when I catch them.
Has anyone seen How To Live With your parent sfor the rest of your life?

I watch a lot of HIMYM reruns on WGN America. Why oh why does Chicago need the news to start at 9 p.m.? I could have another two episodes of HIMYM in there!
It's not as good as it used to be on the new episodes -- but that might be b/c I don't catch it as frequently.

Glued to the set last night watching Person of Interest.

Anyone here watch that? Anyone catch last night's episode?

BBC on-line had an article this week about mitochondrial DNA tracing the Near East incursion of farmers overunning the hunter gatherers in Europe.
Light but interesting.
I saw that. Interesting read.

I got headhunted by the community college "associate professor" which is basically a glorified TA, so that's cool. Thinking about it. I don't know if I actually have time, but if I can work it out it would be great. Won't hurt me if I turn it down, but will definitely pad my resume. I guess I could spend less time here...

I admit that I'm "over" TBBT. I'll watch it out of boredom if nothing else is on, but Sheldon is just too much of a dick for me. I do like him more when his mom visits and hse puts him in his place. ;)

Suposedly they take teh kids height at age 2 and double it. With my eldest they were wrong by about 4 inches. She barely tops 5'1" and she was supposed to be 5'5"..
You friend's kid could be a Napoleon which I suppose would be worse.
