When did I say their actions should be excused? If Chris Brown broke the law, he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Same for Axl. Whether or not I buy an album has no bearing on that. You see it as giving money to an abuser. I see it as purchasing merchandise that I want.Should no one care that Chris Brown smacks women around? "Who cares if he used Rhianna like a punching bag, I need something to dance to!" I want to live in a society where people's conduct matters. Where they are accountable for their actions and where poor behavior isn't excused simply because they are gorgeous or can jump high or come up with a good beat.
I had some recently. That *IS* some damn good chicken. Especially with that Polynesian sauce. Damn! I might have to get some on the way home!I am not o.k. with the Chik'a'fil guy being a homophobe, and whether or not you agree with his position, I respect that many people didn't just throw up their hands and say, "But that's some good chicken!"
But as for his views, I don't care. Sure I disagree with him, but unless he is violating the law, which I pretty sure he wasn't, I don't care what his views are.
