Directly after today's press conference, Obama went to play a round of golf where he was pictured in a good mood, laughing with ex-NBA basketball player Alonzo Mourning and fist-bumping boyfriend Cyrus Walker, the cousin of White House senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. Businessman Glenn Hutchins was also pictured out on the course.

The rest of it was true too. It's very easy to confirm the statements made by the people in my post as well as the timeline when they were stated.
Truth just sounds like gibberish to some people.
Did you see this part Carol?
"Resource constraints have been alleviated. Securitization and financial derivatives facilitate fund
raising and risk sharing. By securitizing loans and writing derivatives contracts, a lender can make a large amount of risky loans, while limiting its risk exposure."
That's exactly what happened. Fannie and Freddie had little if anything to do with it.

You're a liar Galt; but that's no surprise is it?
Obama threatened to veto a bill for additional sanctions against Iran that could have disrupted the progress we were making in getting them to ratchet down their nuclear program.
He threatened to veto any "piecemeal" legislation that would restore funding only to certain parts of the government like national parks, veterans programs and the District of Columbia rather than a broad federal spending bill.
He threatened to veto any legislation implementing the GOP's budget, which endorses spending levels forced by across-the-board spending cuts known as sequestration and shifts about $30 billion from nondefense programs to the Pentagon.
He threatened to veto the so called The Small Business Tax Cut Act of 2012, sponsored by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) which benefits would disproportionately land in the pockets of wealthy individuals and businesses such as sports franchises, financial firms and celebrities. Congress' revenue estimators, the Joint Committee on Taxation, has calculated that the top 11 percent of small businesses would grab 64 percent of the break, while the 125,000 firms with $1 million a year in adjusted gross income would snag 18.3 percent. The 9.2 million small businesses at the bottom of the income heap would share about 15 percent of the break.
Just what would the House indict him for moron?
You're an idiot Galt; you always have been and always will be!

The whole problem is you and RealDave believe the government actually cares about giving other people's money to the poor.
Money has been thrown at the poor in the War on Poverty since the Johnson era - probably in the billions.
Helping the poor is giving them a hand up to stand on their own two feet.
The question is why don't you and RealDave get that?
Over $50 trillion with zero change in the poverty rate.

Romney:'Obama Is Even Worse Than I Expected'

AMERICA'S NEWSROOM
While campaigning for fellow Republicans yesterday at a rally in Beckley, W.Va, Mitt Romney had some pointed words for President Barack Obama, who Romney said was doing “a good deal worse than even I expected.”

Romney cited the poor state of the U.S. economy and growing troubles abroad in Iraq, Syria and Russia as pressing issues where the president is failing.

“The results of his mistakes and errors, in my opinion, have been more severe than even I would have predicted,” Romney said.

'Somebody Needs to Be a Leader': Martha Challenges Beckel Over Obama Response to Ferguson

Alan Colmes and Brad Blakeman appeared on America's Newsroom today to discuss Romney's pointed comments and debate if Romney correctly predicted Obama's mistakes on the campaign trail in 2012.

Colmes said this is just an issue of sour grapes, and it is unseemly for Romney to criticize the man who defeated him in the election two years ago.

Blakeman, on the other hand, asserted that nearly all of Romney's criticisms were on point and have been proven to be valid.

From Iraq to immigration to correctly seeing Russia as an “enemy of the United States who needs to be watched and checkmated,” Romney foresaw Obama's many policy shortcomings, according to Blakeman.

Blakeman added that Romney may never be president, but he is an important Republican leader who will be around for years to help shape the party.
