Obumbles "leads from behind," as in his behind.

Not everyone leads from behind.

While the Leader of the Free World — President Obama — heads off for another round of fund-raisers, two of America’s closest allies are showing how to confront a belligerent Vladimir Putin over the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17.

Start with Australia’s prime minister, Tony Abbott. The shoot-down is no accident, he says, it’s “an unspeakable crime.”

He went on to add that “criminals should not be allowed to get away with what they’ve done.” More than two dozen Australians were on that flight.

Abbott pointed a finger at Russia for stirring trouble in Ukraine and dismissed Putin’s phony denials. We know Moscow got the message, because it responded by calling Abbott’s remarks “unacceptable.”

Undeterred, this week Australia pushed through UN Security Council Resolution 2166, condemning the downing of the flight and demanding a “full, thorough and independent investigation.”

Meanwhile, Britain’s David Cameron says Europe must “fundamentally change its approach” to Russia if Putin doesn’t end his war in Ukraine. Specifically, he says France’s plan to sell Moscow naval ships has now become “unthinkable.” It’s time, he says, for Europe “to make our power, influence and resources felt.”

That’s a tall order, given how much Europe is entwined with Putin’s Russia. In addition to lucrative arms sales, Europe depends on Russia for much of its natural gas. And Russian oligarchs pour billions of their ill-gotten gains into financial and property markets from London to Limassol.

But Cameron and Abbott are pushing in the right direction, calling Putin out for a crime that would never have occurred but for his aggression toward his neighbors, and demanding real consequences for it.

In a better world, these two prime ministers could count on the full backing of the Obama administration.

But they know they cannot. Which only makes us more grateful for their willingness to step up and fill the leadership void left by Uncle Sam.

Obumbles new plan to deal with the Russians is (you remember the Russians that when Romney spoke about them, Obumbles and the media laughed? those Russians). So, Obumbles will target Russian millionaires.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/in-the-lo...

One can hardly fault Obama for punishing those who had the temerity to accumulate wealth. After all, Obama grew up us a poor child in the streets of the ghetto, often not knowing which dumpster his next meal was coming from.

As a young man he toiled at multiple full time minimum wage jobs while attending a ramshackle school with his fellow unfortunates. Due to his skin color, Obama was beaten daily by racist whites who saw his potential greatness and wanted to prevent this poor black man from becoming the savior of the world as he was destined to be.

Life for Obama was a constant struggle; extreme poverty, bitter starvation, the lack of any opportunity, and rampant racism all worked together in an attempt to prevent Obama from achieving any success in life. For Obama, life has always presented a stacked deck.

Yet in spite of these detriments, Obama was able to perform so well in school that his records had to be sealed so as to keep his exemplary scholastic record from embarrassing his peers.

In his spare time Obama was able to develop many medical and technological breakthroughs that enabled him to heal the planet and stop the rise of the oceans at the critical moment when certain disaster was about to decimate all of mankind. If Al Gore had not already invented the Internet, Obama would have.

And his political achievements cannot be matched. Without Obama virtually every job on the planet would have been lost and billions of people would have died from war and disease. But since Obama was in charge he was able to save all but a few million jobs and lives; imagine how bad things would have been without him.

Mankind would have ceased to exist were it not for Obama’s divine leadership over the past six years.

With all of these facts in mind, how can we condemn Obama for anything?

How can we dare to criticize his chastising of the enemies of the people whom he has identified and punished for our benefit?

The very reason we have Obama as our ruler is so he can lead our lives (from behind) for us and establish the direction that mankind is to follow in the days ahead.

If his support means we must sacrifice a few individuals, then so be it.

Obama knows what he is doing, and we certainly cannot blame him for hating the rich, for Obama has always been the epitome of financial modesty and personal humility.

Thus it is only natural for him to despise those who spend all day playing golf while the common people are forced to toil for their bread.

Korea!!!!!!!!!

"Plenty of those cars come here. Census data shows that South Korea ranked fifth in overall transportation equipment exports to the United States in 2012. The U.S. imported $10.6 billion in passenger cars from the country, excluding tariffs and shipping costs. And auto imports go beyond finished cars and trucks. From alternators to airbags, vehicle components constituted another $5.6 billion in imports. Put it all together, and the U.S. imported about as many cars, trucks and vehicle components from South Korea in 2012 as it did from China, the United Kingdom and Sweden combined."
