Climate bill will help bring about global governance....But it is the awareness itself that will drive the change and one of the ways it will drive the change is through global governance and global agreements.

Over the past few years, private prison firm GEO Group has become known for inmate abuse, workplace violence, and fraudulent reporting at its U.S. facilities. One federal judge found that GEO “allowed a cesspool of unconstitutional and inhuman acts and conditions to germinate” at one Mississippi facility for juveniles.
But on Monday, Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R) will headline a $10,000-per-person VIP fundraiser at the home of GEO Group Chief Executive Officer George Zoley, Mother Jones reports. Attendees can also attend a general reception for $3,000 per person. The proceeds will go to both Rick Scott’s gubernatorial campaign and the Republican Party of Florida.

Aramark Correctional Services of Philadelphia is also failing miserably in fulfilling it's state prison contracts with unsanitary commissaries, serving lines, food shortages and more including Aramark employees smuggling contraband into the prisons.

In Michigan for instance the work had been performed by state employees until Aramark was selected at a proposed savings of $12 Million per year.

That won't happen__never stood a chance in hell of happening.

A US appeals court has thrown out a federal regulation implementing key subsidies of President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law.
The ruling deals a setback to so-called Obamacare, potentially affecting the subsidies benefiting many low and middle-income people.
A three-judge panel found in favour of plaintiffs who sued over tax credits for people buying health insurance.
The law has been under siege by opponents since it was passed in 2010.
Federal poverty level
The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled on Halbig v Burwell on Tuesday, one of four lawsuits currently challenging the legality of Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-funded subsidies under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
The court - considered the second highest in the nation behind the US Supreme Court - returned the case to a lower court with instructions to rule in favour to plaintiffs who had fought against the subsidies being offered in 36 states.
The IRS is said to have dispensed billions of dollars in taxpayer subsidies through federal healthcare exchanges, or marketplaces.
Plaintiffs in the lawsuit argued they were injured by the IRS actions because it triggered additional taxes for employers.
The subsidies, or tax credits, have been made available to Americans with annual incomes up to 400% the federal poverty level.
That works out to $94k (£55k) for a family of four.
A mass amount of the billions are missing. In Chicago you have fellow traveler and O'bama commie supporter, Grandma Prick-winkle, head of Cook County, saying they had no clue O'bama care was going to bankrupt the Cook County health system even more. She said "Damn we didn't ask for enough money, we didn't think all these people would be running in for pills and medical treatment. Of course gang bangers are shooting each other more than ever in Chicago, someone has to fix up these undocumented pharmacists.

Hey all you poor old libtarded Obamabots where were all giddy about saving money under that sham of a law Obama:

"In the case, the plaintiff claimed the Obama administration – in particular, the Internal Revenue Service -- is breaking the law by offering tax subsidies in all 50 states to offset the cost of health insurance. The suit maintains that the language in ObamaCare actually restricts subsidies to state-run exchanges -- of which there are only 14 -- and does not authorize them to be given in the 36 states that use the federally run system, commonly known as HealthCare.gov . "

If you can't subvert the law by finding more activist/corrupt liberal judges you might be in for a big disappointment.

ROTFLMAO!!!!

<quoted text>Hillary “lost control of her image” in a series of gaffes and retreats that seem almost unreal in retrospect. How could anyone with that much preparation have blown it so badly?
Well, that’s actually a rather easy question to answer. Hillary Clinton is a lousy candidate, that’s why. She has little charm, a tin political ear, and no real agenda other than her own ambition, as Byron York points out when comparing her to Warren. She won her Senate seat in the safest environment the Clintons could find in 2000, and then proceeded to blow what was supposed to be a coronation in 2o08 to a first-term Senate backbencher, who also had an agenda rather than a resumé. Everything that happened over the past month would have happened in 2015 as well, especially in the tougher scrutiny of a presidential primary fight. The reason Democrats are looking at Warren as a Plan B is because they are now remembering 2008, and are starting to panic.
Elizabeth Warren will be your nominee. The liberals say so. Plan B is an abortion pill isn't it?
Plan B is not an abortifacient you retard.

Hillary is a centrist; Elizabeth Warren is too far left for a general election.

"Tel Aviv was founded on April 11, 1909. In the 1930`s, Tel Aviv became the country’s largest economic center and had the highest concentration of social and cultural institutions. Tel Aviv was the center of the emergence of Hebrew culture and culture in Hebrew – and remains so to this very day. Tel Aviv became known for its modern cafes, hotels, concert halls and nightclubs.
The ‘80s brought about a shift in attitude and living in Tel Aviv-Yafo once again became the objective of the young, sophisticated and educated generation. There was a gradual migration from all over the country back to Tel Aviv. The city began to flourish again and regained its stature as Israel’s coolest city. Over the next decades, there was massive renovation and development throughout Tel Aviv-Yafo, giving the city a makeover whose finishing touches are still being improved upon.
Tel Aviv-Yafo of today has developed a unique style combining the best of both a relaxed Mediterranean seaside town with an edgy urban vibe. Tel Aviv is are passionate about their city and are proud to live in a center of commerce, culture, style and entertainment. With leafy boulevards filled with people at all hours, a thriving business sector, countless charming cafes and restaurants, a beautiful beachfront and rich cultural offerings, 100 years later, the vision of the city’s founders has come alive.
In July 2003 UNESCO`s World Heritage Committee declared "The White City" – the unique, historical, architectural. Municipal texture in the heart of Tel Aviv to be a World Heritage site. With this declaration the internationally community recognized the architectural and urban qualities of Tel-Aviv-Yafo and proclaimed it an attractive tourism venue on the world map.
The story of Jaffa (known in Hebrew and Yafo) begins in the days of ancient Egypt and continues over the generations through the biblical period, the Crusades, the period of the Ottoman Empire and the British Mandate, the War of Independence and the establishment of the State of Israel.
Jaffa today is a major cultural hub. With its unique urban scenery and buildings and its proximity to the center of Tel Aviv, Jaffa hosts many youthful, daring and avant-garde artists. Among the many cultural venues in town are Gesher Theatre, the Simta fringe theatre, The Arabic-Hebrew Theatre, and many more".

n a potentially crippling blow to Obamacare, a federal appeals court panel declared Tuesday that government subsidies worth billions of dollars that helped 4.7 million people buy insurance on HealthCare.gov are illegal.
The 2-1 ruling said such subsidies can be granted only to people who bought insurance in an Obamacare exchange run by an individual state or the District of Columbia—not on the federally run exchange HealthCare.gov .
"Section 36B plainly makes subsidies available in the Exchanges established by states," wrote Senior Circuit Judge Raymond Randolph in his majority opinion, where he was joined by Judge Thomas Griffith. "We reach this conclusion, frankly, with reluctance. At least until states that wish to can set up their own Exchanges, our ruling will likely have significant consequences both for millions of individuals receiving tax credits through federal Exchanges and for health insurance markets more broadly."

I would support a presidential candidate who pledged to take the following steps… at the end of the war in the Persian Gulf, press for a comprehensive Middle East settlement and for a new world order based not upon a Pax Americana, but on peace through law with a stronger U.N. and World Court.
