that is still a religious belief trumping US law. this sets the precedent for the next group to say it will include them for whatever whackjob religious belief they have that conflicts with one particular law.

and apparently, the group doesn't really need to believe it that much, like hte HL owners showed with their years fo providing that contraception...

The media won't even whisper about Obama's un-Constitutional abuse of executive power. I blame the tens millions who voted for Obama just as much as I blame Obama. I don't know if our country can ever recover from the damage that Obama has already made, but I am sure we can never recover if Obama is able to completely institute his evil agenda.

What in the world are you talking about? You have absolutely NO clue about what this ruling was based on--do you? RFRA is law while free 20/20 methods of birth control wasn't included in Obamacare. It is a HHS reg.

You are claiming precedent despite responding to a quote from the ruling which stated it couldn't be used as one--you apparently either did not read it or failed to understand it.

Get your knowledge about this case together.

RFRA is law-Skippy. Free birth control is a regulation that was not included in Obamacare.

Yes, religious beliefs still have a standing in courts whether atheists want to acknowledge it or not. Obamacare included religious exemptions.

You appear totally confused about the law.

It certainly should in the eyes of israel as they used the fact that the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution calling for the establishment of a Jewish State as an excuse to self-declare the State of Israel. In their Declaration of Israel's Independence the zionist claimed "This recognition by the United Nations of the right of the Jewish people to establish their State is irrevocable." Funny how once they got their way, they threw the United Nations under the bus. Proving, they are back stabbers and not to be trusted.

it is religious cult beliefs trumping US law. they may say it only applies to this case, but it should apply to none, so why stop at this case? why should it only apply to this case?

but the didn't not recognize palestine as a full member state. why is that? no real gov't? not able to control its territory to make it sovereign? are there other reasons i am forgetting as to why they fail to be a nation state?

Take the welfare from blacks and give it to the border jumpers, then you'd see some action. Better yet, move Fast&Furious to south Chicago, Detroit, etc. free guns to the killers and gang bangers, cull the herds.

The poster said the UN is an irrelevant joke. This is a statement describing what the UN *IS* and not what it purports itself to be.

Why do you always choose the STUPID path?

Recall when the Iraqi Oil-For-Food program was instituted. Within months it became clear that nearly all UN personnel involved were corrupt and on the take. Even the Vatican was found to be selling Iraqi Oil illegally. The food was unfit for human consumption. Even Kofi Annan the Secretary-General had his son selling Oil-For-Food for his own profit.

The UN sat by(along with Bubba Clinton) and watched as the Rwandan genocide proceed unhindered.

This doesn't even scratch the surface of the hard stupidity the UN is world known for.

Climate Change anyone?

If you love United Way and Red Cross corruption, you're gonna laugh at UNICEF and its political BS.

If I was a UN Soldier sent on a "Peacekeeping Mission", I'd go AWOL instead of becoming target practice for Allah.

You need to wise up a whole helluva lot, boy.

Now go wash your hands thoroughly and wash them often.

US law can't trump the first amendment.

Recall Magic Negro's attempts to get "newsrooms monitors"??? Recall how Democrats have been fighting for reinstatement of the old Fairness Doctrine ever since the media marketplace pushed Right Wing Radio into the popular listener limelight? Liberals are pissed.
For example, here's what the Bubba Clinton said in a Liberal radio interview: "Clinton said:
“Well, you either ought to have the Fairness Doctrine or we ought to have more balance on the other side, because essentially there's always been a lot of big money to support the right wing talk shows."
As if those the Liberal Media tycoons in this country are "Hillary Broke". Sounds like another "Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy" charge from Hillary
Richard Durbin, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi and the entire Socialist Party of America are crying for a newer Liberal version of a "Fairness Doctrine" to control the media - ALL media be it TV, Radio, Satellite Radio, internet or paper medium....they want control of it.
This is frightening as Hell when you consider how the plastic Magic Negro image was successfully created by Hollywierd and Madison Ave. Progressives and just how powerful Liberal control is of all forms of media as we speak. They think they have the votes with the Boy in the House and Hairy Reed running things so "Strike while the iron is hot" is on all of their minds.
Especially right before mid-term elections that have them sh itting in their pants.
Far left blabber mouths can't cut it in a free market.

The United Nations approved the establishment of the state of Palestine in 1947 and, in 2012, they adopted a resolution to upgrade the status of Palestine to non-member observer state... "de facto recognition of the sovereign state of Palestine".

You can continue on with mantra all you want, BUT US laws allow for religious beliefs and that is a precedent. RFRA and Obamacare allowed for religious exemptions-- both laws--so it is getting rather lame to insist that such laws don't exist.

Free birth control is not in the Obamacare law but a regulation. You apparently have no understanding how regs work.

No, the SCOTUS can and does narrow the application of certain rulings. The Hobby Lobby ruling was very narrow. They limited to ruling to this particular set of facts so morons would not try to claim precedent when NONE existed.
