Maybe you should try and move out of the Ghetto, get off of Snaps and stop selling crack.

Government, organization it doesn't matter.
Your idea that we can say anything is the same as something else because it might change in the future is a stupid argument.
Stupid.
I'm thinking today., You are making up sh*t about tomorrow.
Canada has had single payer since 1984. Is it the same as the VA?
Stupid argument? It could be. Can you guarantee that it won't once the national government is charged inclusively with public health? No one can predict the future. You said congress can do what it wants.

We are more diverse and complex than Canada. Canada's population is about the same as California. If California had the ability to eliminate Medicare and Medicaid and initiate a single payer system for everyone for itself, I wouldn't have a problem with that.

Canada has issues so does the British system why don't you google the dissatisfaction in both systems. Why do you think people come here for medical care and they come from socialized medicine countries?
Gee Any, why don't you google the dissatisfaction with our system. The millions without insurance. Those denied because of preexisting conditions, premiums rising at 8-10% a year, denied claims,, etc etc etc

Why do you think Americans cross the border into Mexico for care or fly to India.

You people are dumber than sh*t.

What the hell are snaps and now you are saying the illegals are selling crack. Yes yes, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin has always been considered a Ghetto. of course, why didn't I think of that. In case you didn't notice, your precious illegal criminals aka messicans are in every area. I remember a few years ago when the USA was playing Messico--the future democrats were cheering against the USA, seems fitting doesn't it?

It looks like we may have been wrong about Cheney being Bush's brain. Bush is smart enough to keep his mouth shut and is pretty much hiding from the press while his colossal Iraq blunder plays out. Idiot Cheney, on the other hand, is still beating his chest about his part in creating this Middle East disaster.

They are ovals. There is a lot more to it than that but I wouldn't expect you to understand. 210 mph going down into turn two last week with another car a foot away beside you is exciting. Bet you didn't know a cloud going over the sun could speed a car up 3-5 mph. Road course this week. Watching a bunch of men running up and down a grass field all day to 'maybe' score a point is boring. I like rugby much better.

I once made an inquiry for a friend who retired at 62, thinking he could qualify for Medicaid because he lives on social security and he was denied.
The income levels for qualifying are really low, plus he owned a home and two cars.
Another friend who had a terrible biking accident and couldn't walk for 6 months, or work, had been self employed, same thing. He tried to apply for disability, it's not an easy task as many claim on here. He gave up and survived by the help of friends till he got on his feet and went back to work.
The Medicaid expansion would allow those who fall between the gaps to buy insurance that would otherwise cost them $700 plus a month. Let's see if Rick Scott does something about it or gets voted out and Charlie Crist does.
My state had basic and essential plans tailored for your friend. Early retirees used it as a bridge to Medicaid. Obamacare eliminated them. We were already at 200% of poverty level with Medicaid.
