Well, no. That's not what he said. But you're becoming an expert at parroting propaganda.
This is what Ben Carson said about the VA being a "gift from God" if you had read it yourself:
He said this is "what happens when you take layers and layers of bureaucracy and place them between the patients and the health care provider. And if we can’t get it right with the relatively small number of veterans, how in the world are you going to do it with the entire population?"
It's just hard for you to keep up with all the scandals and because the professional propagandists have taught you not to recognize any of them because there's no "there" there, think of it like being hypnotized or believing they're a mirage or something.
Whatever you do, don't look at that man behind the curtain.
scandal.....

Fox News Channel's Bill O'Reilly and Republican Party operative Karl Rove agree that veterans are being mistreated as they endure long waits for medical treatment, but the two clashed Wednesday over who's to blame.

O'Reilly blasted President Barack Obama's handling of the growing scandal, in which some veterans were placed on secret waiting lists to mask the real time it was taking for them to be seen by doctors at Veterans Administration hospitals.

But he told Rove that President George W. Bush wasn't blameless because wait times were also bad during his presidency.

Rove served in Bush's White House and was quick to tell O'Reilly that even Bush inherited the problem, which he said has been an ongoing issue for two or three decades.

Bush increased funding and cut the wait time for determining eligiblity in half as well as making other improvements, Rove argued.

O'Reilly cut in, telling him, "I want you to step out of your partisan shoes for a moment."

O'Reilly then quoted from a report given to the Obama transition team that said long waiting times were "systemic."

Rove said the report wasn't issued by the VA, but O'Reilly was having none of it.

"Mr. Rove, you're wrong," O'Reilly said.

"Let me finish, Bill," Rove replied.

"Nope. Let me quote so the audience knows," O'Reilly insisted.

At least come up for air long enough to figure this out.

Please stop. You're wearing yourself out and going nowhere.
Read Rubio's immigration reform. The climate is going to change on a pristine planet. Obama is going to pursue the pipeline as soon as it's politically expedient. Secularist progressives are the only ones forcing their "religion" on everyone. And encouraging personal responsibility to prevent unwanted children is never tiring.
The rest is nonsensical bantering, frankly, and not worth the time to respond.
It's amazing how you ignore reality and replace it with your own!!!!

Some of your fellow liberal Democrats who once defended Obama and his policies to the teeth are now admitting he is disturbingly disengaged.
Guess they must have hate warped and delusional minds too.
Even Chris "thrill up his leg" Matthews questioned whether Obama just likes being the president but doesn't like the job of being the president not too long ago.
Wouldn't that fall under the description of "disengaged" as well?
Hmmmmm...... "... disturbingly disengaged..."

Here's the truth fella....

When the IRS scandal first reached the public eye, President Obama expressed anger and outrage at the IRS’ targeting of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status.

“If in fact IRS personnel engaged in the kind of practices that have been reported on and were intentionally targeting conservative groups, then that’s outrageous. And there’s no place for it. Americans have a right to be angry about it, and I’m angry about it."
~Barack Obama

Barack Obama furiously dismissed as a “political circus” Republican charges that his administration had misled the public about the Sept. 12, 2012, attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya.

“There’s no ‘there’ there.”
~Barack Obama

Trying to gain public support for his signature law, Barack Obama repeatedly lied to the American public.

"If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan. Period. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Period."
~Barack Obama

And as for "getting to the bottom" of any of these once feigned "outrageous" scandals, they were eventually simply swept under the rug after the liberal media hid under their desks instead of doing their jobs.

That's the truth.

I watched the whole exchange the night it took place. Rove eventually did get the last word and made his point and O'Reilly ceded to his explanation.

It wasn't that big of a deal. It was simply an exchange of words in a civil manner with both men wanting to make a point.

Sen. Patty Murray noted during Thursday’s hearing that multiple Government Accountability Office reports dating to 2000 have highlighted VA treatment delays. She said the department’s inspector general looked at the issue in 2005, 2007 and 2012, determining each time that schedulers were not following VA policy. Yet Bush did nothing. Of course, just like Obama, did not have access to any INTERNAL memos or evidence of falsified appointment records. Republicans look like absolute morons for tying to tie this issue to Obama.
