At around 2:34 PM EDT Clarion-Ledger editor Sam Hall tweeted that the second arrest on Thursday in connection to the "Constitutional Clayton" photographing case was Richard Sager of Laurel.
Appearing in court shortly after news broke of the arrest, Mayfield faces conspiracy charges while Sager faces charges of tampering with evidence and conspiracy. Sager's bond was set at $250,000 per count while bond for Mayfield was set at $25,000 on each count.
Clayton Kelly was arrested Friday and faces felony charges of photographing or filming another without permission where there is expectation of privacy and exploitation of a vulnerable adult, which carries up to a 10-year sentence. New Poll Proves Democrat Party Leaders are Out of Touch Radicals

May 22, 2014 By Matthew Burke

Pelosi.Obama.Reid

The disconnect between what Democrat Party leaders care about and what Americans care about is vast and expansive.

The top four issues Democrat leaders Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman Schultz are pushing for the 2014 midterm elections are abusing the race card racism, global warming climate change, amnesty immigration reform, and Marxist class warfare income inequality.

A new Gallup Poll released this week proves that almost no Americans consider these issues among the most important to the country. In fact, these four issues, the ones that Democrats are hanging their hats on for the 2014 midterms, rank at the bottom of the list of Americans’ top priorities:

Most Important Problem Facing the U.S., Top Responses, April and May 2014

Only three percent of Americans think that the Democrat Party leadership’s priorities are the nation’s most important problems.

The top issue that Americans think is the most important, according to Gallup, is “unemployment/jobs.” Not surprising, since while the somewhat bogus official unemployment rate declines, millions have left the work force and have given up looking for work. They aren’t even part of the unemployment statistic. This category had the biggest jump from the prior month.

Stunningly, there are a record 92 million Americans not in the work force, yet Democrats focus on their Marxist rhetoric and non-issues. Good luck with that.

“Dissatisfaction with government/Congress/politician s; Poor leadership/Corruption/Abuse of power” came in second place. This should be expected as the Obama scandal machine is in full “hope and change” mode. Whether it’s Benghazi, Fast and Furious, NSA spying, IRS targeting, etc., etc., Americans are tired of dishonest, corrupt politicians.

The economy, which still sucks after five years of “the One,” is the third most important problem facing the U.S., an issue completely ignored by Democrat leaders, and healthcare comes in fourth, as the wrecking ball called Obamacare continues to wreck what was the world’s best healthcare system, once the envy of the world.

Democrats can continue focusing on issues virtually no one cares about if they want to. But one has to wonder how they think this strategy will lead to victories in November. The likes of Obama, Reid, Pelosi and Wasserman-Schultz are radical, Marxist ideologues, and they don’t care what you care about. The latest Gallup poll confirms this.

Tell us a story.
If most vets never set foot in one, what's the backlog controversy about? Not all vets have a retired status.

I believe the latest backlog was caused by the new wave of Agent Orange patients that became eligible in '09. One doesn't even have to show his ailment is agent orange connected. I doubt if many have a retirement status.

How's that for a story?

Democrat liars wrote:
<quoted text>The LA Times has been as friendly as possible to the Obama administration, but they can't ignore this. Today they broke the story that another massive lie around Obamacare has been told to the Congress and the American people. As you know "If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan" was ranked as the biggest lie of the year by the Washington Post. Well here comes an early contender for this years award.
The Republicans have been accusing the Obama administration of building into Obamacare an insurance plan for the insurance companies. A bailout if the insurance companies lost money under Obamacare. Their claim was that in the law was something called the temporary risk corridor program. Under that Republicans said the administration had allowed themselves a way to take tax dollars and bailout an insurance company that lost money. But the administration and the Democrats have denied that. Apparently the administration and the Democrats had been telling the truth...and didn't like it.
The LA Times reports that late last week hundreds of pages of new regulations were added to Obamacare. Their reporters went through it and found a few key paragraphs. The change in regulations essentially provides insurers with another backup: If they keep rate increases modest over the next couple of years but lose money, the administration will tap federal funds as needed to cover shortfalls. This could be hundreds of billions of dollars!
This is a classic bait and switch. The middle class will feel like they're getting a break on insurance premiums. As long as they don't look at the governments check book, they'll believe the Affordable Health Care Law is working. It only unravels if they realize they are paying double for their insurance, because the increase is being charged to their account in the form of more debt.
The Republicans are expected to go nuts over this, and the Democrats will point at the scene they are making and say 'look how fanatical those people are'. I would warn Republicans against making a big deal out of this. In the medical field it's called bedside manner. You're about to inform the patient (America) that it has a potentially fatal disease (debt). They are going to get a 2nd opinion from the Democrats that will contradict your diagnosis. If you come off as raving lunatics, the patient will believe the diagnosis of the other doctor who is telling them they're fine. Conservatives don't have the luxury of showing anger anymore. They have been rightly angry over a number of scandals, but it turns the middle off. It's vital that the middle hears and comprehends what your message is.
