More news about the UCA disaster:

Hundreds of mental health patients learned this week that their doctors are leaving. Thereís concern that some of those 1,800 patients may not find a back-up plan.

Psychiatrists in Iowa receive less reimbursement per patient than in almost every other state.

That payment disparity has prompted several psychiatrists at one clinic to take jobs elsewhere.

Their patients say they feel abandoned.

I quoted to you the 501(c)(4) statue that applies to these organizations and it does allow for an organization to present one viewpoint.
I should have double checked MMfA status but fine we can use Organizing for Action as an 501(c)(4) example of one of these organizations. OFA purpose is to promote President Obama's legislative priorities. They only present one viewpoint.
According to the IRS, you can even lobby and qualify:
"Thus, a section 501(c)(4) social welfare organization may further its exempt purposes through lobbying as its sole or primary activity without jeopardizing its exempt status. An organization that has lost its section 501(c)(3) status due to substantial attempts to influence legislation may not thereafter qualify as a section 501(c)(4) organization. "

Really USA, you are not an IRS agent and find it absurd that you are attempting to make these judgments. It is rather clueless.
The IRS scandal happened because the IRS agents were deliberately slow walking approvals for organizations they thought were in opposition to Obama and/or Dem viewpoints.
What part of "their major focus cannot be politics" are you too f*cking stupid to get?

WNDs? Obviously, you must be a liberal.
Of course you don't mention that the majority of deaths in Afghanistan were under Obama's watch, simply because you're an Obama leftwing Lap Dog.
You also don't mention Vietnam - Gulf of Tonkin where 50,000+ kids died for a war we lost.
Americans really care about jobs they don't have now thanks to the likes of you and Democrats. They also are starting to notice the lower standard of living under your Food Stamp president.
McJobs for everyone!
Close GITMO yet?
Hypocrite much?

"That is why so many oppose the administration's 14 percent cuts to home health care over the next four years.
One analysis found they would jeopardize 498,000 jobs, 90 percent held by women, in cuts made to pay for ObamaCare."

Operation American Spring Rallies a Few Hundred Lunatics at Most
So the Tea Party, which isnít even popular among Republicans, who arenít popular among Americans in general, and are only marginally less unpopular than the Tea Party, thought they could bring the unwashed masses down on DC and force President Obama to step down so they could arrest him, try members of his administration, and appoint a junta to run the country in accordance with the Constitution, because, you know, the Constitution allows for the appointment of juntas by rebellious groups.
Some of them hoped for violence. Organizer Harry Riley predicted in December,ď[I]t will be painful, and some people may die because the government will not be non-violent; some of us will end up in a cell, and some may be injured,Ē In January, he promised that at least 10 million people would show up.
It didnít turn out so well. A few dozen people. Right Wing Watch counted a hundred, quipping that the claim of 10 million was off by just 10 million. We liberals all knew this movement would fizzle out like all the others, that it would have the impact of a KKK rally or a Nazi march through the suburbs of Chicago. A few desultory jeers and the revolution is over. Their claims to represent the will of the American people seem proven to be a little off. They call themselves patriots, but the Founding Fathersí generation had just a little more get up and go.
http://www.politicususa.com/2014/05/17/operat...
Keep in mind this is an election year. Republicans are less popular than ever before. The Democrats have some really good candidates out there, sensible candidates who care about Americans. The RepublicansÖwell, not so much. Lunatics mostly, each trying to outdo the other with their lunacy. The Republican Party, which has gone collectively insane, seems to think Americans want this sort of thing. They donít seem to realize ďthis sort of thingĒ wedded to their refusal to govern even when they get the opportunity, might be making them a wee bit less popular than Democrats.
And itís not like you can say the establishment Republicans are any better than the Tea Party type. After all, they have Karl Rove, who said Hilary spent 30 days in the hospital when she spent 3, and that despite having faked her accident she somehow suffered brain damage from a fall she never took. There are plenty of voters who donít pay attention, but címon. We do have video tape. We do have Internet, and if the mainstream media will suffer from collective amnesia, blogs like this will not. We remember. We will make sure everybody who opens their eyes and ears will remember and realize that you cannot say one thing and then another and expect them both to be accepted as true.
Try knowing what the FK you're jabbering about before making the comments of an imbecile to avoid your audience from believing you are. I have a news flash for you Pal. There are some good ones on both sides of the fence. However by and large they ALL are in it for themselves. Being an elected official is an easy ride, you do little or no real work, your staff does all the heavy lifting, you have tremendous power and influence.
The Tea Party is quite refreshing because they are providing pushback against the entire system. We need for example term limits for these clowns in Congress and we need to scale down these HUGE Government agencies.
the TEt is just pushing the far right agenda, nothing different at all.

your misguided fantasy about the work a rep does is as silly as your term limits concept. that would leave the lobbyists, the military and the intelligence community as the only professionals in gov't...

time to go back and actually think about what you were told to parrot.

You are acting DUMB. OfA is one of these groups and its' whole focus is promoting Obama policies. The bottom line is these groups can claim community education and qualify. I have a quote from the IRS that they can lobby and still qualify. You can make up all your OWN rules you want but it does not change the IRS regs.

The issue was never that the groups didn't qualify for the status BUT that the IRS was slow walking the approvals because they thought they were opposing Obama.

The charge by the IGA was they were permitting Liberal groups engaging in the same activities the status BUT was deliberately targeting groups they thought was conservative to slow walk through the process.

You cannot claim the IRS had the high ground in this.
