Yes nitwit and the rich on our side don't have an issue with things like raising the minimum wage or providing healthcare coverage for those who need it. Only the greedy bastards on the right.
You're a one dimensional thinker in a three dimensional world Carol.

House Republicans have already wasted 14 million taxpayer dollars on Benghazi investigations. Instead of appointing a Select House Committee on Benghazi, Speaker Boehner needs to pay the taxpayers back the money that he has wasted.

Yesterday at her press conference Democratic Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called out the swerve that House Republicans are trying to pull,“And If you all want to sit around and talk about Benghazi, you can sit around and talk about Benghazi. But the fact is that’s subterfuge and they don’t want to talk about jobs, growth, immigration reform, voting rights, you name it.”

House Ways and Means Committee Ranking Member, Rep. Sander Levin (D-MI) summed up what Republicans are really up to,“Another day, another desperate Republican effort to dredge up a political scandal even after a year of evidence has proven otherwise. The IRS has spent more than $14 million in taxpayer money accommodating Republican requests, turning over more than 600,000 pages of documents, none of which substantiate the GOP’s wild attempt from the get-go to tar the administration.”

The truth is that House Republicans have wasted tens millions of dollars on Obamacare, Benghazi, and IRS investigations. They are doing this because they refuse to pass any legislation of substance, so this is their way of looking busy while pretending to do something.

The same Republicans who say that the nation can’t afford a jobs program for veterans and an extension of unemployment benefits for the long-term unemployed are wasting tens of millions of dollars investigating a conspiracy with no evidence of wrongdoing by the White House. Tell Republicans that this must stop now.

House Republicans owe the American people $14 million, and it is time for them to shut up and pay up.

The moon, planets, and stars lined up for Obama in 2008__Hillary got caught off guard and the team of McCain and Palin was like some kind of fkn joke.Obama won that one by default but he earned #2 fair and square__he's a terrific politician and has been a very good POTUS.

But but but Galt said that because the congresspersons and their aides are getting paid anyway the investigations didn't cost anything.

Didn't Issa actually go to Benghazi to do his own little investigation?

Scarborough ERUPTS At Obama Defenders Over Benghazi

May 2, 2014 By Greg Campbell

Scarborough

Even folks at MSNBC aren’t buying the latest bit of preposterous spin emanating from the White House. On Thursday,“Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough unleashed on Obama defenders who continued to maintain that the Benghazi emails weren’t really about Benghazi.

After reviewing the tense back-and-forth between White House spokesman Jay Carney and ABC’s Jon Karl, where Carney defended the released emails as pertaining to broader foreign policy issues, Scarborough asked panel member Donny Deutsch about the position. Deutsch immediately began discussing Republican political strategy and Scarborough would have none of it.
“What about a political cover up here, Don? Why are you jumping to political strategy instead of – why aren’t you talking about what Jay Carney did? The doublespeak?!” Scarborough yelled.

“What’s the politics of the White House lying about something that we know they’re all lying about? With Jay Carney saying it’s not about Benghazi when you know it’s about Benghazi?!
After pointing to each panelist, Scarborough claimed everybody knew it was about Benghazi.
“Everybody watching knows it’s about Benghazi but you’re talking about Republicans? You see the White House spokesperson lying on national television; you see an ABC newsperson shocked that he’s lying and treating the press corps and Americans like they’re stupid- he says it’s not about Benghazi, Republicans and conservatives have been called fools for a year now for saying this happened, they don’t release it with the original documents they finally, reluctantly, are forced to release it then you have the White House lying about it yesterday saying it’s not about Benghazi and your only reaction is,‘Republicans better not overreact’?”
Deutsch defended his defense of the Obama Administration’s stance as a simple function of politics. This cavalier attitude, seemingly, enraged Scarborough even more, who began shouting,
“So when Democrats cover something up it’s politics, when Republicans cover something up it’s a scandal and would be on the front page of the New York Times. It would be on the front page of every major newspaper in America, but when Democrats do it, it’s shrewd political gamesmanship. This is disgraceful!
When Scarborough pointed out the media is failing to adequately report on the Benghazi scandal, Deutsch responded that the media has covered it, a statement that garnered laughter from Scarborough.

The heated exchange from the often-liberal Scarborough signifies that the jig might be up for the Obama Administration dealing with the emails that Republicans charge is a “smoking gun” on the issue of Obama’s reaction to the terrorist attack in Benghazi.
