The GOP solidly supported pre-existing conditions.
Just not government intrusion or ObamaCare.
The private sector could manage health care and pre-existing conditions so much better than politicians, the IRS and power hungry government bureaucrats.
Competition among insurance companies nationwide wasn't even considered. Competition is what drives costs down in a capitalistic system.
The same private sector that made a fn mess out of the health insurance industry? The same private sector that denied or limited coverage to many with preexisting conditions as common as chronic bronchitis and sinusitis?

Health insurance remains in the private sector dumbazz, but under the ACA there are some new guidelines.

I think it makes you look stupid declaring the WaPo is a bunch of Tea Party kooks
IF FOOT-DRAGGING were a competitive sport, President Obama and his administration would be world champions for their performance in delaying the approval of the Keystone XL pipeline.
Last Friday afternoon, the time when officials make announcements they hope no one will notice, the State Department declared that it is putting off a decision on Keystone XL indefinitely ó or at least, it seems, well past Novemberís midterm elections. This time, the excuse is litigation in Nebraska over the proposed route, because that might lead to a change in the project that various federal agencies will want to consider. The State Department might even decide to substantially restart the environmental review process . This is yet another laughable reason to delay a project that the federal government has been scrutinizing for more than five years. "

The Washington Post did have a tizzy fit about defending a thief with their Tea Party militias and cry about a Chinese company getting BLM land for a solar plant.

You did.

So will your militia be along that pipeline route or not?

It's an election year. Obama needs something to happen that will divert everyone's attention away from his incompetence and unconstitutional government. The Democrats are betting that if they can pick a fight in Texas, with the help of the media it will be good for them in the rest of the country. Typical Chicago gangster mentality in play here, like Al Capone supporting charities and helping old ladies cross the street.
The best way to pick a fight in Texas is to steal someone's land.
lol! But still, not as sophisticated as Christie's bridge-gate!!!!

Get a grip Dave. I -not more than an hour ago- told someone not to defend Bundy's racist remarks.

facts are fun!
Trying to discuss the obvious with you is like Einstein trying to explain the theory of relativity to a toddler.

All that's required on your part is a little research. You'd rather parrot what your handlers train you to think and say.

Independent thinking and analytical skills are both good things. Just FYI.

Try boarding a flight from LAX to Honolulu without a photo ID.
Obviously, Hawaii can put homeless people on a plane to California, though. So, the state can put a person on a plane without a photo ID if it is leaving Hawaii, but you have to have a photo ID to go to Hawaii.
I think the so-called "liberals" should rise up and make it easier for illegal aliens to go to Hawaii. After all, didn't Joe Biden declare them already Americans?
ROTFLMAO!!!!!

So... you believe the State of Hawaii has power over the federal government?1?!?!?!

But this really is a question I'd like someone on the left to answer.
If the government struggles to manage the post office and the DMV and can't even bend over to see its toes because it's gotten so obese to oversee and manage the welfare system, how on God's green earth can the government make health care run more efficiently?

Many changes were proposed and on the table by the GOP where private insurance was concerned including pre-existing conditions and weaning off employer-based insurance.

None of them were even considered by your power hungry democrats. Your party has been hijacked by progressive liberalism which is anti-capitalism.

Or haven't you figured that out yet either?
