Actually, if you ever bothered to look beyond the government propaganda, the Oklahoma City bombing was in response to the federal government's illegal assaults on, and assassination of innocent Americans at Ruby Ridge and Waco.
It is a very sad day, indeed, when none of the co-equal branches of the government are able to prevent rampant lawlessness within the government and the assassination of innocent Americans, and some American takes it upon themselves to act, however brutal the act was.
The bottom line is, if the government had never assassinated innocent Americans at Ruby Ridge and Waco, nobody would ever have even heard the name Timothy McVeigh.
In related news, the BATF agent in charge that created all the fraudulent evidence used at both locations where the government assassinated innocent Americans, Larry Potts, is living out his life in the lavish comfort of a government retirement pension... after being nominated by Bill Clinton to be the number two person in the FBI in charge of the domestic agenda, which Congress wisely rejected.

Her point was clear. Science is only as good as the scientist.
Are you going to claim not to know this? How about Alchemy?
Why is the poster making that point?

Because he denies the science behind Global Warming.

If a climate scientist getting caught making up data is a reason for him to deny climate change, then certainly a sCancer scientist actually getting caught making up data means the poster must believe no cancer science & consider than man's actions can not cause cancer.

I now this is a shock, but there is not a consensus of scientists that say Alchemy works. Your example is dumber than sh*t.

This is as stupid as your 5th Amendment claims about NV yesterday.
After making a complete azzhole of yourself yesterday with stupid claims about NV, I'm surprised you come back here.
But you're too stupid to feel embarrassed by your ignorance.
Read up on the NV Constitution yet, dumbshit?? The one where the Federal Gov't retains ownership of most of the land area??
I believe your Buddy Nobraina just said how much of NV the Federal Gov't owns.
It's a good thing you're too stupid to feel embarassed by your stupidity.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I couldn't help but notice you didn't include any text from the Constitution to justify your argument. Perhaps that's because the Constitution was written specifically to prevent things like the Democrats propping up Obama as a dictator?
I'll give you another chance to respond to the post. It would help if you countered an argument that includes text from the Constitution with some text in the Constitution you found that is counter to the text I provided.

Try again, dupe. I'lll help you. Here's that post with text from the Constitution in it:

You ignorant buffons need to learn how things work here in the United States.
No, the federal government is not compelled to enforce local laws. The Constitution specifically states when the federal government can assert itself within any state boundary. If you, or Obama, for that matter, had ever read the Constitution at least once in your life, you'd know the Constitution specifically states in Article IV Section 4:
"The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence."
Ruby Ridge was a case where the federal government unconstitutionally asserted its authority and power. Let's review what happened at Ruby Ridge.
Randy Weaver lost a close election for Sheriff. Immediately after, the BATF targets him.
The BATF invents fraudulent evidence and sent a letter fraudulently accusing Randy Weaver of being a convicted felon to the US Marshal's Office, acquiring a team of US Marshals to use in their attempt to assassinate the Weaver family. Randy Weaver had never even been arrested before.
The BATF again invented fraudulent evidence and sent a letter to the FBI fraudulently accusing Randy Weaver of being a suspect in bank roberies in Montana, acquiring a sniper from the FBI.
There was never any evidence anywhere associating Randy Weaver with any bank roberies anywhere.
The result of this was one US Marshal killed, a 14 year old boy killed, and the family dog killed, and the FBI shot Randy Weaver's wife through the head while she stood in an open doorway holding an infant in her arms.
No, the federal government is NEVER compelled to enforce local law. In fact, the Constitution prohibits it.

Perhaps you missed this:
(Pay close attention to where I point out the fact that Nevada is not a territory possessed by the government, but a state. I know you Democrat dupes have a difficult time comprehending that concept. You have to read the Constitution to understand it.)

We can't have an American government that violates the Constitution and the law and then just walk away from it. So it's not over.

The real reason it's not over with Harry Reid is he and his son will make a fortune when the Americans are thrown off that land and the land is given to China. China has money in the game. They won't let Harry Reid quit.

Now, let's take a look at the government's position. The government justifies its claim of ownership of the land with the 1848 agreement with Mexico to acquire the TERRITORY or Nevada, ignoring the 1864 agreement between the government and the STATE of Nevada stating the conditions for Nevada to become a state... and have two Senators in the Senate.
That court ruling ignores the fact that Nevada is not a territory, but is a state. Additionally, because the court ruled Nevada is a territory and not a state, territories do not have Senators and Harry Reid is illegally and unconstitutionally included in the membership of the Senate.

Either the federal government does not own the land, or Harry Reid is not a member of the Senate. You can't have it both ways.

So, we are back to the government having to prove ownership of the land.

When was "just compensation" paid?
How much was paid?
Whom was/were paid?

If the government cannot answer these questions, then the government has no constitutional claim to ownership of the land in Clark County.

DB is a walking lie, after I busted him on his alleged Marine in Vietnam BS he quickly quit posting that crap. He claimed that he was a Sergeant in the Marines Corp in Vietnam, but he continued to spell the rank as Sargeant and Sargant, he also didn't know about PRC radio used there. He ran away as soon as I busted him. Anyone that has ever served would never misspell their rank, especially over and over, He is a fanatical phony, He would have fit in nicely in the Bush administration. I also busted Gunner and a couple other imposters on here, and they all ran like cock roaches when you turn the light on.
