to quote Jim Demint for the point he was trying to make:

"But a lot of the move to free the slaves came from the people, it did not come from the federal government. It came from a growing movement among the people, particularly people of faith, that this was wrong. People like Wilberforce who persisted for years because of his faith and because of his love for people. So no liberal is going to win a debate that big government freed the slaves. In fact, it was Abraham Lincoln, the very first Republican, who took this on as a cause and a lot of it was based on a love in his heart that comes from God."

Don't think so doll.
But then I lowered my expectations of you after your continuing to confuse MediCare with MedicAid even after being corrected a dozen times.
Teacher of the year? Never
Nurse of the year?? He!! no
Medical transcrptionist of the year??? Not a chance
Topix team contributor of the year????
Every single word was absolutely accurate. It's because people like you are too naïve to understand it for whatever reason that it will continue until the majority decides enough is enough and vote out your brand of dictatorship in a free Republic.

I strongly suggest you educate yourself before calling someone a liar. It makes you look stupid.

Tax-exempt organizations must make annual returns and exemption applications filed with the IRS available for public inspection and copying upon request.

Maybe we can dump Corbett. He has been the worst Governor in recent history. He refuse the medicaid expansion & instead concocted some scheme to funnel money through private insurers & put on work requirements, etc.
Corbett should be in jail for permitted Jerry Sandusky to abuse kids for nearly three years while he was attorney general. Instead of arresting him, he formed a grand jury which was under manned in an effort to protect Penn State which he now serves on the Board of Trustees.
So let me ask you a question. You said," instead concocted some scheme to funnel money through private insurers", right? Doesn't Obamacare funnel money through private insurers via the subsidies? Hypocrite much?

8."Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”
9.“The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
11.“If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”
That's the progressive liberal tactic all over. Describes them to a tee.
Every election cycle, they come up with another negative that didn't exist before and then never let up until it becomes a positive - for them - no one else.
Your progressive liberal party is deliberately dividing this country. Divide and conquer. It's the same tactic used throughout history for the corrupt to gain absolute power.
You can't be so naïve not to see this is happening.
Conservatives are coming for the Democrats on their blind side — the left.

The evidence is everywhere.

At tea parties and town halls, conservative demonstrators oppose health care reform with signs bearing the abortion-rights slogan “Keep your laws off my body” or the line “Obama lies, Grandma dies”— an echo of the “Bush lied, they died” T-shirts worn to protest the Iraq war.

Conservative activists are yelling “Nazi!” and “Big Brother!” where they used to shout “Nanny state!” and “Big Government!”

And the 1971 agitator’s handbook “Rules for Radicals”— written by Saul Alinsky, the Chicago community organizer who was the subject of Hillary Clinton’s senior thesis, and whose teachings helped shape Barack Obama’s work on Chicago’s South Side — has been among Amazon’s top 100 sellers for the past month, put there in part by people who “also bought” books by Michelle Malkin, Glenn Beck, and South Carolina Republican Sen. Jim DeMint.

Yes, the same folks who brought you Obama the socialist have been appropriating the words and ways of leftists past — and generally letting their freak flags fly.

The left-wing rhetoric and symbolism are so thick on the right, in fact, that some conservatives have been taken aback by it: The logo for the Sept. 12 protest in Washington, which organizers called the “March on Washington,” featured an image that looked so much like those associated with the labor, communist and black power movements that some participants objected to it — until they found out that’s what the designers were shooting for.

“As an organization, we have been very closely studying what the left has been doing,” explains FreedomWorks press secretary Adam Brandon, who says he was given a copy of “Rules for Radicals” when he took his current job . Brandon describes the Sept. 12 rally in D.C. as the “culmination of four years worth of work” and says that organizers were “incredibly conscious” of the symbols they chose.

With the logo, he explains, they were “trying to evoke the imagery of the counterrevolutionary protests of the 1960s that captured the imagination of the world.” And as for the phrase “March on Washington,” Brandon says,“this is something people said in the office. If we had been alive back in the 1960s, we would have been on the freedom bus rides. It was an issue of individual liberty. We’re trying to borrow some from the civil rights movement.”

.... if the tactics of the left helped end segregation and the Vietnam War in the last century, conservatives say there’s no reason those same tactics can’t be used to keep liberals in check now.

so like i said, and as you so eloquently pointed out.....it works.

Why No One Should Still Be a Neocon (III)
The neoconservative approach to global “leadership” is one that has actively undermined U.S. power and reputation around the world, and will do so again if given the chance. Neoconservatives are very keen to exercise power and to expend resources, but they are notoriously bad at conserving and husbanding both. They’re very good at exploiting and using allies, but not terribly good at cultivating the ones we have or at making new ones. They are hegemonists that have unwittingly helped to hasten the deterioration of America’s position in the world.
