Uh, the new requirements made those good policies illegal or more expensive for employers, but you're not understanding the concept of government force and governance with the consent of the governed. It may not have effect on some, but it does for many others. So, who is more equal than others? Who are these elitists who determine what is best for me in this land of liberty? Hey, it rhymes!
that happens all the time... regulations change so policies change...not really that much more expensive, huh? certainly less than the 13.1% increase PER year we had for so many years prior to the ACA.

for most, it will not be noticed.

You have to be the most ignorant person here.
Obama gave "special traveller" status to every Wahhabist terrorist in Saudi Arabia to enter the United States without any scrutiny, you moron.
Then, as if that won't bring in enough Islamist terrorists to accomplish what Obama needs them to accomplish, Obama rewrote the law to allow Islamist terrorists from other countries with "limited" contact with known Islamist terrorist organizations to be able to legitimately obtain a visa.
Please tell us you're just pretending to be this ignorant.
So, do you think all these Islamist terrorists Obama is bringing into the country are coming here to go to Disneyland?
Can you explain to us why nobody in the government is tracking these Islamist terrorists Obama is bringing into the country, while at the same time the government is spying on every (non-muslim) American citizen?
When the US enters into a reciprocal Global Entry agreement with anther country, that does not mean everyone from that country gets a visa to come here.

This is just Tea Party stupidity rearing its all too common head.

The State Department could not write a justification after Hillary Clinton cut the funding and contracts for Stevens.

Yeah, but c'mon Lily...people who have to sit in traffic or wait for travel on the clock should get paid for that time too, shouldn't they?
I mean, overtime can be construed in so many different ways, and I'm not sure if I completely understand this president's edict clearly enough.
Pretty sure a lot of people will try and interpret what "overtime" means now too.
But if overwhelming the system is Obama's real objective, he's doing a whiz-bang job of it. Most of us know, for example, Obamacare was just a ruse to lead to single-payer. All of this confusion didn't happen by accident.
(By the way, people do travel with computers...)
Maybe those people should protest to their employers and see how it works out. Do you think those who travel should be compensated for sleeping in their hotel rooms???

The overtime laws have been in place for a long while and have withstood many challenges.

So, there is no difference between people of different races. You invent that difference.
... which makes you a racist.
The legal aspects of marriage have little to do with having children.

According to you, a legal marriage is only legal if they agree to have children.

Let's go back to your idea that we can pass laws if only "normal" people can benefit from them.

The ATF has a different take on the matter...

http://www.justice.gov/jmd/mps/manual/atf.htm

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) was established as a separate component within the Department of Justice pursuant to Title XI of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, Public Law 107-296, on January 17, 2003.

The mission of ATF is to protect communities from violent criminals, criminal organizations, the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, the illegal use and storage of explosives, acts of arson and bombings, acts of terrorism, and the illegal diversion of alcohol and tobacco products.

The major functions of ATF are to:

Reduce the risk to public safety caused by illegal firearms trafficking.
Reduce the risk to public safety caused by criminal possession and use of firearms.
Reduce the risk to public safety caused by criminal organizations and gangs.
Improve public safety by increasing compliance with Federal laws and regulations by firearms industry members.
Reduce the risk to public safety caused by bombs and explosives.
Reduce the risk to public safety caused by criminal use of fire.
Improve public safety by increasing compliance with Federal laws and regulations by explosives industry members.
Reduce the loss of tax revenues caused by contraband alcohol and tobacco trafficking.

Obama is planning to issue an executive order dictating overtime wage requirements, idiot. You'd know this if you kept up with current events.
So....
I don't recall reading anything in the Constitution that authorizes the President to enact his own legislation.
Perhaps you can provide that text from the Constitution that gives the President the authority to write his own laws and set wages for everyone.
Do you think Obama will get this shoved back up his ass like was done when he said he was going to raise the minimum wage? It seems the Constitution got in his way.
... well?
I undertand how difficult it is far you to grasp more complex ideas.

It is likely written into the existing labor laws or into the powers given to the Department of Labor to give the executive branch the authority to make certain changes. These powers granted by Congress in line with the Constitution.
