Distribution? I believe it is called working for it. Something a libtard wouldn't understand.
By the way, did it ever cross your mind that in the 70's the true beginning of the global market was underway and those at the top were no longer running just a local company but a worldwide one? While regulations and taxes were driving these same companies overseas? Libtards have no clue how economies work! That is why they screw it up everything they try to 'fix' it.
Has it ever occurred to you that this global model, the pinnacle of capitalism success has fundamental flaws. Like the Apple's and Google's of this world setting up tax havens offshore in every country they operate in to avoid tax. Including more importantly their own home country. So who benefits from the success of any corporate multinational, only the share holders and a few hanger's on. In otherwords that is one example of why the wealth shifted to the 1 % er's and if you go back 50-60 years that same wealth was shared by 70% of the population. That is a pretty dramatic shift in your Republican model of success and Reagan's trickle down effect.(LOL) Yet you say trying to address that taxation black hole will only make it worse totally ignoring the current state of play. Like Apple where they make billion$ in countries like Ireland paying virtually no tax and peanuts profit in America where they do the same. Explain how that success benefits the country as a whole, or any other corporate flyer. Would you call them true patriots like yourself, or do you continue to peddle this BS line about taxes and regulations as the cause. LOL

¨Twenty-two out of the 26 projects funded through the Section 1705 program were rated “junk” level investments. Yet, they were given millions in taxpayer dollars. To date, only four of the projects have been completed and three of the companies receiving Section 1705 loan guarantees have already gone bankrupt. Several other recipients, including SoloPower and the Spanish company Abengoa Solar, are in the process of laying off workers, selling off equipment, and are not paying contractors for services provided.¨

do you deny that the US is/was providing assistance to the Syrian rebels???...
The US government has lost the world’s respect.

When Obama calls on the world to wage war on Syria, the world says “no thank you.” When the US orders its Syrian rebel mercenaries to go to Geneva, the mercenaries refuse.

When the US orders its “good mercenaries”(the Free Syrian Army) to disavow the “bad mercenaries”(the al-Qaeda Takfiris) neither pays any attention. And when it orders the “good mercenaries” to join the so-called Syrian National Coalition, they laugh in America’s face.

Another band of mercenaries that has lost respect for its American paymasters is the Egyptian army. The new Pharaoh of Egypt, General al-Sisi, is ignoring pathetic whimpers about human rights and democracy emanating from Washington, DC. Al-Sisi, who hails from a Moroccan Jewish background and is rumored to be an Israeli agent, continues to butcher peaceful protestors as he establishes a dictatorship whose viciousness and autocracy are far beyond anything Mubarak ever dreamed of.

The Syrian government declared a week ago to international inspectors that it had just over 30 chemical-weapons sites—including some that are mobile—though the U.S. and Israel believe it has 50-plus sites, the U.S. and other Western officials said."

according to you, the US wants Syria not only to under report its cw stockpile, but to also miss deadline after deadline in handing over its disclosed cws. Does Obama know you speak for his administration?

"WASHINGTON — Facing recruiting shortages brought on by the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Army has decided to accept a greater number of recruits who score near the bottom of military aptitude tests, according to the secretary of the Army.
Coming off a recruiting year in which the Army fell short of its goal of 80,000 active-duty soldiers, Army Secretary Francis J. Harvey announced that the Army would allow up to 4% of its recruiting class to be Category IV recruits -- those who scored between the 16th and 30th percentile (below 92) in the battery of aptitude tests that the Defense Department gives to all potential military personnel.(This comes after relaxed restrictions against high-school drop-outs.)
The Army until now allowed no more than 2% of its recruiting class to be from the Category IV level, fearing that letting too many low-achieving recruits into the Army might dilute the quality of the nation's largest military branch."
"The Army already allows more Category IV troops to join the National Guard than it does the active duty ranks." (THAT EXPLAINS HOW BUSH WAS ACCEPTED)
Harvey said the Army would also ease the service's requirement that at least 67% of every recruiting class be made up of recruits who scored in the top half (50th percentile or above) on the aptitude tests. The new threshold would be 60%, Harvey said, in accordance with Defense Department benchmarks."

The dumbing down of America ...

Test Scores have been lowered on: SATs, Police and Fire Department, and now Military.

If the scores were lowered to fill a shortage, as your post states, that's unfortunate and could prove detrimental.

However, I know the SATs, Police and Fire Department Test Scores/Standards were lowered to accommodate minorities < some being Women >, and I don't agree with it.

Can't pull a body out of a burning building if you have to pull a female fire fighter to safety because she can't pull her own body weight, let alone anothers'.
Same with The Military and The Police Force. Carry/Pull your OWN weight first.

And lowering IQ Test Scores for anybody's accommodation ... If one can't pass the Tests, they don't get the job. Period.

It's true, but your theory as to "why" it's true, leaves a lot to be desired. As I visit other countries, play pool in Finland, chase girls in Danmark... the one word you can absolutely count on world citizens using to describe america even when they don't speak English... is, "cowboy." They don't all say it scathingly or derisively... more often than not they say it happily, crazily, as if they were trying to connect to you on the basis of how big your clown shoes and nose were. Sometimes they put on a really serious face and pretend to shoot imaginary six guns in the air like you might imagine John Belushi doing were he trying to intimidate Gary Cooper in "Getting High Noon." We aren't clowns to the rest of the world because of Barack Obama, we're clowns to them because they assume we are all retarded and try and solve every problem by shooting at it. Check it out, I'll wait...

There's a relatively famous Youtube movie which shows american soldiers in Iraq trying unsuccessfully to teach Iraqi recruits to do jumping jacks. The instructors - part of the visiting army - are ridiculing their own students' clumsiness and confusion with this distinctly american exercise, and they're doing it right in front of them. Everyone else in the world recognizes that in this situation it is the so-called instructors who are "the losers." It is america's inability to see itself in the correct context which dooms it always to be the butt of every joke on the world stage. Every comedian knows that when you want to get a sure-fire laugh out of a crowd in any country in the world other than ours, you just put on your best clown-face and shoot pretend six-guns in the air while shouting, "Cowboys! American Cowboys!" As loudly as you can. Try it, it works every time.
