ABC california state size mar 140219 16x9 608 Petition to Split California Into Six States Gets Green Light
Draper's plan splits California into six new states.(KGO/ABC News)

A venture capitalist who feels colossal California is too unwieldy to govern is proposing to split it into six separate states, and Secretary of State Debra Bowen has given him the green light to start collecting petition signatures.
Tim Draper filed a ballot initiative in December stating that because of recent social and economic changes California has become “nearly ungovernable.”
He proposed dividing California into six states. San Diego and Orange County would make up “South California.”“West California” would include Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, while Bakersfield, Fresno and Stockton would make up the larger “Central California.” San Francisco and San Jose would be in the new “Silicon Valley.”“North California” would include the Sacramento area, and “Jefferson” would be home to the Redding and Eureka areas.
“California as it is is ungovernable,” Draper told ABC News today.“It is more and more difficult for Sacramento to keep up with the social issues from the various regions of California. With six Californias, people will be closer to their state governments, and states can get a refresh”.
Brendan Nyhan, Assistant Professor of Government at Dartmouth College, isn’t sold on the idea.“Splitting California into six states would raise all sorts of concerns about the partisan balance of the senate. I can’t imagine this would ever go anywhere” said Nyhan.
Nyhan says a plan like this would surface many issues. Things like water policy, agricultural policy, and even the electoral college would all change if this plan were to take action.
The plan aims to settle California’s financial issues after the separation of the states. If things can’t be resolved, each state would receive a portion of the state’s debts based on the newly created state’s population.
If the federal government approves creating six new states,“all tax collections and spending by the existing State of California would end, with its assets and liabilities divided among the new states,” Secretary of State Debra Bowen said in a statement on Tuesday.
That would leave decisions regarding taxes and public spending of the new states up to its elected leaders.
If California were its own separate country, it would have the eighth-largest economy in the world.
In order to make this plan a reality, Draper needs to start collecting signatures in order to qualify the petition for a ballot. He needs the signatures of 807,615 registered voters in 150 days, making his deadline July 18, 2014.
“We are going to put together a grass roots effort to get signatures,” Draper said.“It looks very promising since there are already several movements to create new states here”.

What happened and who lied and continuie to lie:
Obama Linked Benghazi to Video 3 Days After CIA Eyewitnesses Confirmed No Protest There
December 31, 2012 - 9:44 PM
( CNSNews.com )- Three days after CIA and State Department eyewitnesses reported on Sept. 15 that there had been no protest in Benghazi, Libya, before terrorists attacked the U.S. diplomatic mission and a CIA facility there on Sept. 11, President Barack Obama and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney both publicly linked the attacks, which killed four Americans, to protests against an anti-Muslim video that had been posted on YouTube.
Carney did it at the White House press briefing on Tuesday, Sept. 18, and Obama did it later that same day in a taped interview with David Letterman.
However, according to a new report by the Senate Homeland Security Committee, personnel working at the CIA "Annex" in Benghazi on Sept. 11 reported on Sept. 15 that there had been no protest in Benghazi that day, and State Department security personnel who survived the Benghazi attacks told FBI interviewers on Sept. 15 and Sept. 16 that they, too, had seen no evidence of any protest before the attacks.
At the White House briefing on Sept. 18, Carney said that there was a protest in Benghazi on Sept. 11 against the anti-Muslim YouTube video and that the attacks there were "sparked" by protests. Obama, appearing on David Letterman’s show that same day, instantly referred to the video and called its maker a “shadowy character” when Letterman asked him what had happened in Benghazi.
Also, an internal State Department email exchange on Sept. 18--the same day Carney made his claim at the White House briefing and Obama made his on Letterman—shows that State Department security officers new by that date that there had been no protest in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012.
Video recordings from the diplomatic mission’s closed-circuit television security system, according to the Senate Homeland Security Committee’s report, would also demonstrate that there had been no protest there before the terrorist attacks.
Obama and Hillary both lied, the LSM covered for them and he was re elected.
The LSM is dishonest and corrupt, they have no credibility, the are an arm of the Demorat party.
Even though the most recent Gallup poll shows this president's disapproval now at 52% and approval at 41%, too many still aren't paying attention, don't seem to care or are in deep denial.

Chevron's 'pizza and soda' apology turns tragedy into farce
By Aaron Task 13 hours ago Daily Ticker

On Feb. 11, an explosion at a Chevron natural gas well in Bobtown, Pa. exploded, killing one worker. The fire burned for four days and gas and heat are still emanating from the site. The cause of the explosion remains unknown at this time and residents of Bobtown remain understandably concerned about the safety of other wells in the area.

The situation at the well "remains serious," Chevron said in a statement Tuesday.

But the oil giant is threatening to turn this very serious and tragic event into a farce with one of the worst PR moves in recent memory: In an effort to compensate the community, Chevron is giving residents of Bobtown a certificate good for one free pizza and a 2-liter bottle of soda.

To be clear, this is not a joke or a story from The Onion. The Philadelphia Daily News, CNN and various other news outlets confirm the 'pizza and a soda' apology and copies of the certificate and accompanying letter have been posted on the Web.

The letter from Chevron includes a number for a "toll-free community hotline" that rolls into a voicemail for an unidentifiable person, presumably a member of Chevron's 'Community Outreach Team', the same team presumably responsible for the "brilliant" idea of sending a certificate for pizza and a free soda to the concerned citizens of Bobtown. The Daily Ticker left a message on the voicemail and will update this story if Chevron responds.(Update: No direct reponse from Chevron as yet but the voicemail message on the 'hotline' has been changed to a more official PR response. "Your call is important to us, we will get back to you within the next 24 hours.")"

Los Angeles cardinal unlikely to face charges
Associated Press
By GILLIAN FLACCUS 3 hours ago

LOS ANGELES (AP)— The nation's largest Roman Catholic archdiocese has agreed to pay $720 million to clergy abuse victims over the past decade and released internal files that showed Cardinal Roger Mahony shielded priests and ordered a surrogate to withhold evidence from police, yet Mahony and other archdiocese leaders are unlikely to face criminal charges.

With the final $13 million settlement of existing old cases announced Wednesday, Mahony has emerged from the scandal with his reputation tarnished, but his place in the church intact — even after being publicly rebuked by his successor for internal church files showing that he and others worked to protect priests, keep parishioners in the dark and defend the church's image.

By settling the cases, the archdiocese avoids a trial in which Mahony would have been publicly questioned under oath about what plaintiffs' lawyers said was an attempt to thwart a Los Angeles police investigation.

The archdiocese said in a statement Tuesday that the church had settled the cases to "provide support to the victims through the healing process."

During a deposition unsealed Wednesday, Mahony acknowledged he told an underling not to give police a list of altar boys who had worked with the Rev. Nicolas Aguilar Rivera. He testified he wasn't trying to hinder police, but didn't want the boys to be scarred by the investigation and that he felt the altar boys were too old to be potential victims of the Mexican priest.

Police later found that 25 of Aguilar Rivera's alleged victims were altar boys and the other victim was training with the priest to be one, said Anthony DeMarco, a plaintiff attorney...."

MORE FUN WITH OBAMACARE: LOST DRUGS, CLOSED HOSPITALS, AND AGONIZING PAIN

Julie Boonstra, who lost her insurance to the Big Lie, now cannot get the cancer drugs she needs to fight her leukemia.”The out of pocket costs are so high, it’s unaffordable,” she says.”I believed the President. I believed I could keep my health insurance plan. I feel lied to.”

The truth:

If you like your plan, you can’t keep your plan. If you like your doctor, you can’t keep your doctor. You’re most likely not going to save money on health insurance, especially if you try to use your “benefits” and run into those massive out-of-pocket costs. And the number of uninsured Americans is scarcely going to change at all.

There were many procedural anomalies that occurred at Sandy Hook.
Either the man is totally deranged, or he's telling the truth about what he found out.

This is strange: Why wouldn't the Coroner/Medical Examiner allow the parents to view their children's bodies? IF that actually occurred, that piece doesn't fit.
And IF as he said, within 11 minutes Adam Lanza killed all of those children, teachers, but wounded none, who pronounced those children dead within those 11 minutes?
Only a Medical Examiner/Coroner can officially pronounce a person deceased.

So, why weren't paramedics helicoptered in?
Why weren't paramedics allowed in to help "the wounded"?

If Lanza had Asperger's disease as this man stated, then he sure had some aim, to kill all, but wound none ...???

This isn't the first time I've read/heard about Sandy Hook being a false flag.
And this man's Dossier is quite impressive.
Why would he damage his Career and risk his life? For fame and aggravation?
I believe it's for truth. Given the fields he has worked in, he knows 'something' about the whole incident is very wrong.

And why is this the only school shooting incident to be Classified by The FBI ?

The only question he didn't answer what was the purpose, the motive, the agenda for this "false flag" operation. What was the benefit? And to whom?

Either he's a nut - Or he's telling the truth.
If the case is Officially Sealed/Classified, We The People can't find anything out about it.

Let's just hope it doesn't come to that. If more people snap out of it and Democrats no longer control the House or the Senate after November, it might not.

Wonder if Obama thinks professional athletes and celebrities contribute to income inequality Don't think he's ever mentioned them or their millions. Think they'd take a cut in pay just to make things more equal?
