That's some really funny chit gal considering Panetta is on the record as is Petreaus.

Remember Petreaus babe, head of the CIA at the time__the same CIA had had around 30 persons working at a base less than a mile from the consulate and also fell under attack the morning of the 12th?

he "EVOLVED"
and that has absolutely nothing to do with this conversation or topic...

smart people do change their minds when the facts presented give one good reason to...but i would suspect he was always for gay rights but knew he couldn't say so openly in 08 and get elected. thankfully our nation has moved into the 21st century and now the majority of us accept SSM and that homosexuality is a natural, normal part of our species...

By the way, I responded to your post about cash buyers but got distracted and it didn't get sent.
But you're right - cash does talk. Investors, thankfully, can't buy up all the homes on the market in this area but they are helping to make Orlando a city of renters rather than homeowners.
Imagine this is also happening in a lot of major cities.
what gives you the idea that all cash buyers are "investors"???...

Central Florida was one of the areas hardest hit during the mortgage crisis and led the nation in foreclosures. There are still thousands of foreclosures working through the system. Obviously cash buyers are competing for homes in certain areas, those with the "best" buys. Companies such as Nv Florida Real Estate Management scooped up hundreds of homes.

But there are thousands of available homes and worthy buyers who require mortgages are being taken seriously "if" they are pre approved and able to close promptly.

Once again__if it will be your last home a few grand one way or the other shouldn't matter so long as the home suits your needs and the location is to your liking.

as a Social Scientist...

You have to be able to pose a THESIS statement...then you can GATHER your information and present your concluding thoughts...

WHAT IS CAUSING the warming is the question....

YOu can Google the 'rising temps' and get hundreds of different answers on the exact amount of temp rise we have had since the 1850s....

When science can't agree on a simple SINGLE digit number I am skeptical...
