Yep, unlike Rethugs, liberals believe in the Constitution:

Sixth Amendment:

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense."

What a great country we live in.

<quoted text>I didn't tell anyone to read the FOX article, I suggested, "click on the Federal Register" link inside that article. When I googled "Obama relaxes restrictions on refugees with terrorist links" the fox article was the only one I read that showed the federal register info with a link. I was in a hurry that night and didn't feel like googling anymore the register link was good so I went with it. It was to show the connection with Obama's action to the rules about subversive/treasonous actions in the Constitution. His lenience towards foreigners who have supported terrorists that hate America is clearly "adhering" and "comforting", i.e., treasonous to our citizens and subversive concerning the government's ability to defend us against foreign born terrorists. Terrorist supporters is always a potential threat to us even if they aren't a threat to "your" president. A supporter who only gave "limited" support is just as dangerous as one who gave them millions of dollars in aid. A supporter could give a bomber a place to live (in anonymity) while he/she was putting their plan in order. Every link in a terrorist chain is an evil one.
The rules "had made it impossible for anyone who had provided any support to armed rebel groups to come to the United States, even if the groups themselves receive aid from Washington." Obama did the right thing by correcting this hypocritical practice.

You want to keep kidding yourself fine, but this is FAILED Reaganism. In the late 50's early 60's or so the total wealth of the USA was owned by 70% of the population. Reganism, the right's icon invented this BS trickle down effect that those with the a$$ out of their pants want to believe in and defend. It's a total sham, the only trickle down with the 1%er's is the local Mercedes dealer and the illegals they employ to keep their home. That's where it stops! When you have a thriving community where wealth is shared across a greater percentage of the population then that is when the trickle effect works. Families buy more products, buy more services & that benefits everyone. When you are in survival mode, the spending stops. The 1%'rs are very hard to get rid of, they are the voice heard by all governments before acting on anything. So if you want that wealth to filter down again, you either start taxing hard or that group will keep on shrinking but always hold the power. After all Capitalism is just one giant pyramid scheme where eventually those at the top own the lot unless governments put in enough checks and balances to prevent it.

Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 or Al Qaeda.
When will you fricken morons quit making up excuses for the lies George W Bush told that got over 4000 soldiers killed in a war based on lies.
Iraq had everything to do with 9-11, al qaeda and the war on terror.

How do you expect to get those responsible, including those that support them, when their 7,000+ miles away?

Which friendly country in that region are you going to sacrifice by landing 300,000 Marines and the logistical support that goes with it to secure a base of operations?

Iraq was the best and most strategic choice, being their already was a American Military Presence with the no fly zone.

Those that died under Bush's command are also responsible for destroying most of the leadership that made up al qaeda and in the process freed many Iraqis crushed under saddam's thumb.

But obama gives it up and with it goes an almost instant response to stop Iran from launching a nuke or Syria from gassing it's people or carrying out any other strike to destroy world terrorism.

But your boy sends aid and comfort to the enemy, allows al qaeda to regain power and has done more damage to this Country than anyone in it's history.

Lesser offense STUPID? Nixon was charged with a cover-up of criminal activities that originated in the White house dimwit! Once again let's go to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence report on Benghazi;
The Majority concludes that the interagency coordination process on the talking points followed normal, but rushed coordination procedures and that there were no efforts by the White House or any other Executive Branch entities to "cover-up" facts or make alterations for political purposes. Indeed, former CIA Director David Petraeus testified to the Committee on November 16, 2012, "They went through the normal process that talking points-unclassified public talking points-go through." In fact, the purpose of the National Security Council (NSC) is to coordinate the many national security agencies of the government, especially when information about a terrorist attack is flowing in and being analyzed quickly-and the NSC used this role appropriately in the case of the talking points coordination. Furthermore, such coordination processes were also standardized, often at the urging of Congress, following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with the explicit goal of reducing information "stovepipes" between and among agencies.[Review Of The Terrorist Attacks On U.S. Facilities In Benghazi, Libya, September 11-12, 2012, U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, 1/15/14]
