You made a statement.
Now you walk away from it.
You pretended to be an expert, now you say "you'll have to ask the folks'.
How typical.
You're done.
(BTW, I have the same type deal with my employer. So all I get is higher taxes, just like you. But I still support the idea of more Americans having access to healthcare, so I don't whine about it.)
Let us know how you feel about it when Obama's Death Panel tells you your life isn't funded for next year because some crackwhore needs an abortion.

Who Cares?

AND

What difference does it make? The Boy Junior already opened his stoopID mouth AND

Putin played Barack < the fiddling fool > like A Master Stradivari negotiating Syria's chemical weapons disarmament.

The Boy-Bopper was bizy tooling his Munster-Faced Fool, Secretary of State !!

I disagree.
In a perfect world, what you say makes sense.
But Putin is a dictator wanna-be, crushing Russian freedoms and imprisoning his many enemies.
He's lately been on a spree to release some political prisoners to show the world how nice he is before the Olympics. LOL
'Pussy Riot' women would still be in prison if Putin didn't get som much flak from the rest of the world's nations.
For Obama to be silent as Putin wages a war against gay Russians would have been seen as him agreeing and supporting Putin.

Wrong. The Constitution is the top-level authority in the United States. Any and every document is subordinate to the Constitution. If any document, rule or law is in conflict with the text of the Constitution, the Constitution is right by default. If anyone thinks the Constitution needs to be changed, all you have to do is amend it.
I quote the Constitution because it is the rule.
So, you think the ancient notion of totalitarian government is superior to the revolutionary modern notion of limited government that the Constitution ordains, right? What you are trying to force here is the norm of government since the beginning of civilization, which the Constitution elilminated that medieval archaic standard here.
Please put any text in the Constitution you think is subjective.
You can't. You, like Obama, don't even have a clue what's in the Constitution because neither of you have ever even read it.
But, since you presented that argument, provide an example of that "subjective and open to interpretation" text in the Constitution. Let's see how subjective it really is.
Put up or shut up.
No, you're wrong. You're just like a Bible-thumper that latches onto some obscure ambiguous verse and uses your own interpretation to make some unrelated point citing the credibility of a respected document. Quite often Supreme Court decisions aren't unanimous in their interpretation of the Constitution, why on earth should I allow someone like you to explain it to me?
The Constitution is subjective, that's not open to interpretation, otherwise why would we have the Supreme Court? You put up or shut up thumper.

Retort number one: still no text from the Constitution to back up your claim that the Constitution is vague and ambiguous.

Since you presented that argument, provide an example of that "subjective and open to interpretation" text in the Constitution. Let's see how subjective it really is.

Green energy policies helping the poor...

"Drivers in the fifth richest city on the list, Century City in southern California (with an average annual income of $751,00) chose the Prius, followed by the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and C-Class sedans. The Volkswagen Jetta was the fifth favorite car in the community, just behind the BMW 328.

The Prius was also the car of choice in Ross, California, where the average annual income was $497,000. Ranked 10th on the most-wealthy list, inhabitants in this northern California enclave chose the Prius over the runners-up, luxury vehicles from the Mercedes-Benz E- Class and the Mercedes-Benz GL-Class'

As I stated earlier not all new technology is as "great" as it is hyped to be.

There is KNOWN issues with the LED bulb and estimates of cost savings always under goes revisions when reality hits computer programs projections.
