It's only gibberish to you because you gobble up lies like candy.

It's like trying to convince a child raised on fast food to eat vegetables because it's good for them. They're too used to junk food.

You're used to liberal media junk food of lies and distortions. So it's actually understandable why you'd have such an aversion to any form of the truth.

Of course not.
""The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 Pub.L. 109-364
Federal law was changed in section 1076 so that the Governor of a state is no longer the sole commander in chief of their state's National Guard during emergencies within the state. The President of the United States will now be able to take total control of a state's National Guard units without the governor's consent. In a letter to Congress, all 50 governors opposed the increase in power of the President over the National Guard.""

Eisenhower and the Little Rock Crisis
Can you imagine armed troops blocking you from going to school? That's what happened in Little Rock, Arkansas in the fall of 1957. Governor Orval Faubus ordered the Arkansas National Guard to prevent African American students from enrolling at Central High School. Central High was an all white school.

The 1954 Supreme Court decision Brown v. Topeka made segregation in public schools illegal. Governor Faubus defied this decision. He also defied a 1955 ruling (Brown II). The 1955 decision ordered that public schools be desegregated with all deliberate speed.

President Dwight D. Eisenhower, as the chief law enforcement officer of the United States, was presented with a difficult problem. He wanted to uphold the Constitution and the laws, but also avoid a possible bloody confrontation in Arkansas, where emotions ran high. What do you think Eisenhower did?

To you ignorant buffoons who don't live on the Gulf Coast and think you know something about hurricanes, hurricanes are nothing new to Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. For centuries they have been dealing with routine hurricanes, and cleaning up afterward. The reason New Orleans was seen as such a disaster was, the population that didn't have enough sense to leave were completely incapable of helping themselves. Immediately across the river from New Orleans, the people there were well able to start cleaning up immediately after the hurricane passed, just like it had always been done for a couple of centuries.
So, why were the people on the west side of the river able to take care of themselves, and the people on the east side of the river were completely incapable?
While we're at it, why did the city government of New Orleans abandon the residents two days before the hurricane hit?
Why didn't the governor put into action a plan when Bush declared Louisiana a disaster area and released all federal assets to the governor of Louisiana two days before the hurricane hit?

Well, no. actually they're quite different.

Climate change is a recorded pattern and measurements can be taken to prove or disprove global warming.

A belief in the Creation is based solely on faith, and there are many ways our very limited minds can interpret that.

The spiritual world can still exist even if you can't see it and the advanced human race can have just as easily been the result of ET intervention with primitive mankind as man's limited understanding of it as interpreted in the Bible.

They can go hand-in-hand in other words.

Global warming and climate change is actually based on scientific data.

All bases of the military are federal property with their own police force. Military bases are not part of the state in which they reside. They charge no state sales tax on gas, food, liquor, or beer. Nor on anything else sold on base.

So are you another liberal who wants our health care system to be just like that of the UK?
theirs is better.

Everyone is insured.

People die daily in America due to lack of adequate or affordable health care.

Even more go bankrupt due to medical bills.

You're a hateful fool.

I think they should consider denying healthcare for cigarette smokers. After all, they make a concious choice to destroy their health, just like drug addicts or alcoholics.

It's well documented that smoking kills.

There should be penalties for folks like you, who abuse their health then expect the rest of us to pay for it.
