Remember Obamacare was to help the ailing Medicaid program but has compounded the problem
In California, just 47% of those who have signed up have received a private health plan. The rest were put on Medicaid.(And remember, these figures only include those who have signed up, but not necessarily paid their first premium).
The figures for the rest of the states aren’t any better. In Colorado, just 17% got private coverage, with the other 83% put on Medicaid. In Connecticut, 61% got private coverage, in Minnesota, 71%, Rhode Island 33%, and Washington State 11%.
The weighted average across all the states shows that only 36% of those who have signed up (but not necessarily paid for) Obamacare, were put on private plans.
http://www.forbes.com/sites/scottgottlieb/201...
The rest have been added to the rolls of Medicaid.
47% signing up for private health plans in California is fantastic...exceeding expectations.

It has always been anticipated that there would be more people signing up for Medicaid than the exchanges. The Congressional Budget Office had estimated that "the Medicaid expansion would provide health coverage to 9 million more low-income adults and children by the end of 2014 and 7 million would sign up for a private health plan during that time." Without even realizing it, what you have provided is proof that the Affordable Care Act is working as planned. The numbers after the October, 2014 enrollment period will be a true indication of whether or not the trend continued on schedule. You should just sit back and relax.

Oh, don't concern yourself with it. It is just my insane stalker who went over the edge when I changed sides. This also sounds pretty sane to me too.
A healthy recovery plan consists primarily of tax cuts, with a mix of reduced barriers to investment, appropriate regulation, and the right monetary policy. But just like the value of exercise would be negated by poor eating habits, you can't cut taxes and spend too. Fiscal stimulus might be politically advantageous, but a sweeping array of tax cuts, targeted to reach all sectors of the market, would do far more to restore the economy to long-term health.
According to a recent University of California, San Diego study, government spending is only likely to increase gross domestic product (GDP)$1.4 dollars for every dollar spent. Conversely, a recent study by Christina Romer, chairwoman of President Obama's Council of Economic Advisors, found that tax cuts are likely to raise GDP by $3 for every dollar spent.

Thomas L. Hungerford, an economist with the Congressional Research Service, got into trouble with Republicans last year when he published a study suggesting that the sharp drop in top tax rates since 1945 did little to lift economic growth but probably did contribute to soaring income inequality.

And there’s no clear evidence that lower tax burdens have helped the United States grow faster than other advanced industrial nations with higher tax rates and much heavier tax burdens. Economic growth per person in the United States was a little faster than in France or Australia over the last 40 years. But it was a little slower than in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands, according to data from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, a research organization for the world’s richest countries.

A Zebra dies and arrives at the Pearly Gates. As he enters, he asks St. Peter,'I have a question that's haunted me all of my days on earth. Am I white with black stripes, or am I black with white stripes?'

St. Peter said,'That's a question only God can answer.'

So the zebra went off in search of God.

When he found Him, the zebra asked,'God, please - I must know. Am I white with black stripes, or am I black with white stripes?'

God simply replied 'You are what you are .'

The zebra returned to see St. Peter once more, who asked him,'Well, did God straighten out your query for you?'

The zebra looked puzzled.'No sir, God simply said 'You are what you are .''

St. Peter smiled and said to the zebra,'Well then, there you are. You are white with black stripes.'

The zebra asked St. Peter,'How do you know that for certain?'

'Because,' said St. Peter,'If you were black with white stripes, God would have said,'You is what you is.'

Mildred, the church gossip, and self-appointed monitor of the church's morals, kept sticking her nose into other people's business.
Several members did not approve of her extra curricular activities, but feared her enough to maintain their silence.
She made a mistake, however, when she accused Frank, a new member, of being an alcoholic after she saw his old pickup parked in front of the town's only bar one after noon.
She emphatically told Frank (and several others) that every one seeing it there WOULD KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING!
Frank, a man of few words, stared at her for a moment and just turned and walked away. He didn't explain, defend, or deny. He said nothing.
Later that evening, Frank quietly parked his pickup in front of Mildred's house...walked home....and left it there all night.

do you expect them to borrow money for food and staff salaries???...
You act like these doctors don't have another source of income besides medicaid patients. The percentage of medicaid patients accepted by doctors compared to their other patients is very small.(I know as my niece is a physician in private practice). They are very capable of making ends meet one way or another without compromising their comfortable lifestyles.

It's the culture...
Homeland (the Free Dictionary):

1. One's native land.
2. A state, region, or territory that is closely identified with a particular people or ethnic group.
3. Any of the ten regions designated by South Africa in the 1970s as semiautonomous territorial states for the Black population. The Black homelands were dissolved and reincorporated into South Africa by the 1994 constitution.

Homeland (Wiki):

A homeland is the concept of the place (cultural geography) with which an ethnic group holds a long history and a deep cultural association —the country in which a particular national identity began.

Obama's father was from Kenya. Obama is half black. It is only natural that he would identify closely with Kenya. Nothing wrong with it as long as his undivided allegiance is to America.

LOL. That is why I don't correct people's spelling. We all make spelling and grammatical mistakes. Sometimes our fingers work faster than our brains. It's not like it discredits what someone says. Conservatives seem to have a problem with bullying and pettiness.

Just think how many U.S. soldiers would be alive today if we had been capable of using targeted missile strikes during the Vietnam conflict. It would have been a blessing.
